The interior of the property is pretty nice and looks like the photos. The Skol complex on the whole is a bit run down. My biggest problem was check in. After communicating by email at the Vrbo app, the host later sent me essential information on WhatsApp, which I dont use, without telling me. After a 14 hour flight, the front desk wouldnt give me the keys because I had not completed mandatory forms that I never received bc they were only sent on WhatsApp.

I'm sorry to hear your check-in was difficult, but we use WhatsApp for speed and we do check if other clients have seen it. The phone number on the booking is essential for my team, as we can contact you immediately. In fact, traveler registration has been legally required for years, and if we don't comply, we as the agency would be reported directly to the police. Thank you for your feedback.
