This duplex style apartment is full of character and forms part of the prestigious
Grade II listed Sovereign House development in Central Torquay.

Sovereign House occupies a stunning central location making it an ideal base for a break in Torquay. It is Ideally positioned within walking distance of the best bars cafes and restaurants as well as shopping and other key attractions such as The Princess Theatre and Torquay Museum. Equally accessible on foot are delightful coastal
walks and the nearby beaches

The apartment comprises space across 2 floors which gives it the feel of a chic reverse level townhouse. The upper floor accommodates a lounge and a spacious split-level kitchen diner. A spacious kitchen with good quality appliances (inc. washer/dryer and dishwasher) has been fitted and is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. Down a couple of steps from the kitchen is a lovely dining area to with ample seating for guests. The dining area has a wonderful ambience and is ideal for relaxing meals with friends
and family. Enjoy a coffee from the Nespresso machine and for those who like a Latte there is a milk Frother/Heater.

A staircase leads down to the lower floor that has two generous sized bedrooms and a bathroom. The large Master Bedroom is light and airy and has a King size bed as well as plenty of storage options. It looks out over the private courtyard. The Second Bedroom is flexible and can be configured as 2 singles or a double.

Both bedrooms have access to the fully tiled bathroom that is just the other side of the hall. The bathroom has an oversized shower cubicle, sink and toilet..

A storage room between the 2 bedrooms is ideal for putting your suitcases and travel bags during your stay. Patio doors from bedroom 2 lead to a pleasant private courtyard
area with seating and a table - perfect for a cool glass of wine on a summer evening.

Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout and digital TV with all channel/network access using the fitted Amazon Firestick.

The apartment has both front and rear access and benefits from a single dedicated parking space at the rear of Sovereign House.

Great Apartment
Sovereign House Apartment is located in a great location with Torquay's ships & restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment is very well presented and had everything we needed for a weeks stay, nice lounge, well equipped kitchen & dining room, great beds & nice sized bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Very well appointed apartment in a great location
The Sovereign House Apartment is in a great location just above the harbour, its a very short walk & you are in the heart of Torquay. The apartment is very well equipped, with plenty of room for 4 people, everything is high quality. The allocated parking space is a big bonus being so close to town. We like it & have booked to stay again.

Great Apartment in a great location
This was our first stay at the Sovereign House Apartment after staying several times at another apartment. Sovereign House is in a great central location for Torquay, the shopping area & restaurants are only mins away by foot. The apartment was clean, tidy, well equipped, comfortable, the walk-in shower was a nice change to the usual shower over the bath. It was a bit odd going downstairs to the bathroom & bedrooms but we soon became accustomed to this. We have booked to stay again later in 2022.

Location, Location, Location! 2 minutes from the centre of Torquay with its busy harbour, cafe, shops and attractions. Totally renovated throughout in 2021 its duplex style layout makes it feel like a secret town house hidden away.

Spacious, modern design, finished to a high standard. Duplex style apartment spread over 2 floors so no-one is below or above you, lots of peace and quiet to ensure that you can relax and chill out. Allocated parking space.
