Please note: during July and August only weekly bookings can be accommodated starting on a Saturday. Cottage 1 Newcourt is a mews cottage that can be found in Torquay, Devon. Inside, there are two bedrooms: one double and one twin. There is a shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard area with furniture provided. Note: Children below the age of 4 cannot be accommodated, sorry. Off-road parking is available. Cottage 1 Newcourt is the perfect place to stay in order to access many of Devon’s finest sights.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine. TV with freesat, DVD/Blu ray player, a selection of books and games, WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk and pub 10 mins walk. Note: The designated parking space is directly in front top left hand corner of the car park. Note: Children below the age of 4 cannot be accommodated, sorry

Unfortunately my husband has dementia and poor mobility ,I had not realised how steep the stairs were due to this we left the property two days early so proved to be a very expensive short break
