IN THE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS THE HOUSE IS RENTED EXCLUSIVELY TO FAMILY GROUPS FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF A WEEK (from Saturday to Saturday and from Sunday to Sunday)

INDEPENDENT HOUSE (8/10 beds) available for WINTER AND SUMMER HOLIDAYS, WHITE WEEKS, WEEKEND in summer and winter.
The place offers a relaxing stay and an optimal position to quickly reach the most beautiful tourist destinations of the Aosta Valley.
The house consists of living area with sofa bed, n. 4 bedrooms, n. 2 bathrooms and private parking and it is equipped with everything needed for the kitchen, ironing board, iron, duvets, washing machine, television, free wi-fi, dishwasher, independent heating, dehors, sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas , barbecue, etc.
Duvets, pillows, duvet covers are included in the price.
Sheets and towels can be provided on request at an additional price of 15 euros per guest.
THE HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR THE NEEDS OF THE DISABLED.

OTHER THINGS TO HIGHLIGHT:
Nearby there are: groceries, butchers, tobacconist's bar with newspapers, hardware store, pharmacy, doctor's office, post office with ATM Postamat, pizza restaurant, farmhouse where you can taste typical local products.
The location is ideal for lovers of walking, sports or for those who simply want to enjoy the quiet of our mountains to regenerate!
For winter sports lovers there are:
the cable car to Pila, the Crevacol ski resort, the Ollomont ski resort, the Flassin children's snow park, the cross-country ski trails in both Flassin and Ollomont, ski-mountaineering routes up to Punta Chaligne (2608 meters above sea level) ).
For golf lovers, the Arsanière Golf Club is about 5 minutes away.
For lovers of the swimming pool, 10 minutes away is the Variney swimming pool, the best structure in the Aosta Valley dedicated to the recreational and educational aquatic world for adults and children, as well as offering an elegant and functional welcoming wellness center.
For children there is the playground located in Plan Chateau in Gignod.
In summer, excursions to Punta Chaligne, Cresta Tardiva (2380 meters above sea level) and ascent to Mont Fallère (3061 meters above sea level) are pleasant, as well as numerous walks along the network of marked trails.
For mountain bikers, in addition to the various inter-provincial roads, there is a suggestive route that runs along the woods surrounding the town and on Rue Neuf.
A nice day trip to Switzerland is also highly recommended where you can visit the beautiful resort of Evian-les-Bains located on the large lake of Leman!

Great base to explore the Aosta valley

We enjoyed a great stay here. Only a 15 minute drive to Aosta, the location was perfect for our ski trips to Pila, Cervinia and La Thuile. The chalet itself was fantastic and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly and we would highly recommend a stay here for family and friends

The best house we ever had for a holiday!

The house was clean when we arrived and is very spacious. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can see the mountains and into two valley’s. Never had a better view! Within a 15 minute drive you are in the centre of Aosta with lots of restaurants. Walking can be done in three diferrent valley’s, eg Bionaz and Cogne. The owner is very helpfull. We even got vegetables from their own garden. We really had a great time!

La casa es amplia, ideal para 8-9 personas, aunque tiene capacidad has 12 (sofá-cama) en el comedor. Es un lugar tranquilo, con aparcamiento en la puerta y buenas vistas. Tiene prácticamente de todo para una estancia agradable.La atención del dueño o agente inmobiliario ha dido muy buena, siempre dispuesto a informar, aclarar dudas y a ayudar.

Rustig gelegen, op hoogte, koel in de zomer

Het huis heeft drie slaapkamers (waarvan 1 kamer op begane grond) met bedden en een vierde slaapkamer met een slaapbank. Genoeg ruimte en voorzieningen om gezellig met elkaar te eten op het terras, maar ook even terug te kunnen trekken op terras andere zijde van het huis of op een kamer. Wandelen in de bergen bij Gran Paradiso vanuit startpunten uiteinde van de valleien ongeveer op 60 autominuten rijden. Dat hadden wij er graag voor over! Voor boodschappen en Aosta bezoeken (mooi, historisch, veel winkelstjes, sfeervol) steeds ongeveer 15 min heen en 15 min terug. Weg met wat steilere stukken en scherpe bochten. Nadir en Renata, hartelijk dank voor de gaatvrijheid!

Appartamento pulito,ben fornito,ottimo per 8 persone. Posizione buona perché si riescono a raggiungere le altre valli in poco tempo. C'è bisogno della macchina per fare tutto,anche una piccola spesa. I signori gentilissimi e super disponibili.

All'insegna della tranquillità.

Il posto ideale per chi vuole riposarsi stando comunque vicino ai principali posti da vedere nella zona. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili. Un saluto alla nonna che ci ha omaggiato di un cestino di fragole dell'orto.

Maison spacieuse et agréable, bien équipée. Très bon accueil, et en prime quelques bons fruits et légumes du jardin de la grand-mère : on s'est régalé avec le gâteau que l'on a fait avec les prunes jaunes de Gignod ! Tout était parfait. On reviendra !

marvelous summer holidays

The house is well furbished and equipped, confortable and perfectly clean. The place is very quiet and has splendid scenery of the Alpes mountains. From the house we can quickly reach the city of Aosta and the main attractions of "Valle d'Aosta". We truly enjoyed our 2 weeks stay: everyday we visited a new valley, village, castle, there are many places to appreciate. Spacieux et confortable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour hivernal. Renata nous a bien accueillis et tout s'est déroulé facilement, à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Le logement est spacieux, notamment avec une grande salle à manger, et bien équipé. Le cadre est très agréable, dans un hameau joli et calme à 20 minutes d'Aoste. Très bien pour un groupe avec enfants. Merci encore

Très bon emplacement pour visiter la région du Val d'Aoste

Nous remercions la propriétaire pour l'accueil qu'elle nous a reservé, le temps qu'elle a pris pour nous donner touts les explications nécessaires sur la région et pour les décorations de Noel que nous avons beaucoup appréciées. Le chalet est parfait pour 8/9 personnes bien équipé et très propre. Nous le conseillons vivement.

Big house good quality suitable for two families

we were two families (4 adults and 5 kids) in the house for one week skiing vacation in Pila. The house is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms and two of them were suitable for the parents and the kids slept in the two other rooms. Beds and matresses were very good as well as the blankets, pillows etc. Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher and plenty of plates, pans etc., two big bathrooms very clean and modern with washing machine, shower, bath etc. Our whole group of 9 could eat around the same long table which was nice. All was in good shape and we really enjoyed our stay. Renata and her son answered all questions beforehand quickly and they gave a lot of information about the surroundings and were very welcoming. we had two big cars parked in front of the house and drove to Pila to ski every day. We also ate in the nearby pizzeria twice which had great service and good food. Anu-Kristiina from Finland

Idéal pour se reposer et pour visiter la vallée

La maison est très propre et ses prestations sont de qualité. La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter la vallée du grand St Bernard, Valpelline, Aosta et le reste de la vallée. Le lieu est calme et reposant. Les enfants peuvent jouer devant la maison en toute sécurité. Merci à Renata et ses parents pour cet accueil simple et chaleureux.
