Ground floor shower, WC and heated towel rail, a kitchen with a gas powered large heritage cooker, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove, conservatory and a snug. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and landscaped gardens, plus a patio with furniture. Burrow House is a fantastic family-friendly base for a quaint Cornwall getaway.

Large Heritage gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, condenser tumble dryer, dishwasher, WiFi and selection of books and DVDs, Google chromecast TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair, stairgates and other baby accessories available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Lawn garden surrounding property. Patio area with seating and BBQ. Two pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Beach 1.3 miles. Note: Pets must be kept off the furniture and downstairs only. Note: There are three steps down into the kitchen and conservatory.There is a step to get to ground floor bedroom. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond will be returned promptly should no damage be found. No Stag/Hens or similar parties. Note: property will have Christmas decorations from the beginning of December.

Week Stay in Par (Cornwall)

We stayed for a week as a family in Par Cornwall. The age ranges were adults, teenagers and one child.The house was in a great location, in the village of Par, not far from the local pub and shop. Some beaches and things in St Austell were only a 15/20 min drive.The house itself was great and we had a great stay. A few comments though, which may help.....- We didn't really use the living room. As the weather was nice we tended to sit in the conservatory with the door open as a family- The driveway is tight, and a bit nervy if you have a large car. Be mindful. Also at the end there is a wall so some oncoming traffic may be hidden - especially if reversing out- The TV didn't really work as there seemed to be an issue with the ariel cable connection. No real issue to us though, as we didn't really use that room anyway- The cooker takes some getting used to, but once you do, its great
