There is also a veranda in front of the house with a fantastic view to the sea, and a balcony at the back side. An internal stone staircase leads to the master bedroom and the terrace.. All artworks and paintings in the house are hand made by the owner. The house offers distinctive privacy, an astonishing view, minimal luxury and great atmosphere in a perfect accordance to the island's traditional architecture. About 1 klm from the main port (Skala), Celene house offers warm hospitality and the privilege to be just a breath away from the beach!

I grew up, live and work in Athens but working in Patmos every summer since 1998, and additionally my 'love' connected with the island's atmosphere, prompted me to start a project in Patmos. My family and I own the Thomas optical shop in Patmos, and I spend a lot of time working there,especially in summer.

Why they chose this property

Everybody's wish for vacation is a dreamy stay near the beach.
For that reason, there was an effort to build a beach house in Patmos, in a perfect accordance to the island's traditional architecture, located at the most idyllic area in an almost private sandy beach, surrounded by the greatest atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

- The great atmosphere,the feeling of sea breeze and the sound of the bubbling waves.
- The decoration and the architecture of the house.
- The peaceful location and the fact that despite the district is not very crowded you can get at every corner of the island in a few minutes.
