10 magical days

This house is absolutely full of charm, and beauty. It is like Patmos condensed: a mystical, historical set of rooms and vistas. We spent ten days here with our children and some of their friends, Nicoletta and her delightful daughters welcomed us with a great deal of efficiency and warmth. Kambos is a short drive away from the main port and Chora, so the house really feels protected from the hustle and bustle of Patmos in August. The understated charm of the house is a testament to the thoughtful research that clearly went into the restoration. I can’t recommend this property highly enough

Another beautiful stay

We’ve just returned from another wonderful stay in this enchanting house. Nicoletta is, as ever, a very present and committed host who did everything she could to make us feel at home. This is a house with a soul - the beauty and charm of it draw you in and leaving it gets harder and harder. On a practical note, the daily cleaning was much appreciated - and the layout of the 4 bedrooms makes living with older offspring very pleasant as everyone had their own space. In short this is an absolute gem, and returning to its peace at the end of a hot day is amazing

Charming historical house

Nicoletta rents a very special place with several different rooms around two patios full of charme of the stone of Patmos. There is a beautiful garden and places to rest all over the house. Nicoletta is a wonderful, uncomplicated and helpful host.
