Villa Merle is a spacious holiday villa for eight people in the Ardeche, in the holiday park Les Rives de l'Ardeche, near the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. At the holiday park you can use the facilities free of charges, such as the large communal swimming pool, the tennis courts, the playground, volleyball, and tennis courts.



Ground floor: Spacious living room with sitting area and television, fireplace. Dining area with six chairs (2 extra chairs in the bedrooms) and open kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a washing machine and a dryer for your use.



Master bedroom with air conditioning extra-long bed (210 cm) and access to the outside, bathroom with bath (shower in bath), washbasin and toilet. Second bedroom is a twin bedroom.

First floor: two twin bedrooms, with air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. Covered roof terrace with seating area. All bedrooms have a wired internet connection for a fast connection, besides that, there is WiFi in the villa.

Outside: Architect designed garden facing north, with sun at any time of the day! Private swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m, depth of 0.40 - 2 m), surrounded by terrace with 6 luxury sun beds. Elevated part with garden set in the shade of mulberry trees. Covered terrace with luxury garden furniture so you can enjoy the food in the shade. In the cooler months you can use the pool heating (extra costs). There is also a petanque court and private parking for 2 cars.



Holiday resort:

This villa is located on the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche park. The park is in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. At the park you will find several communal facilities including a large swimming pool with children's pool and tennis courts, which you can use free of charge.
