70 th birthday trip

Loved the tranquility and spaciousness of the house. The renovation has been done to a very high standard. Feel like you are deep in the countryside yet 500 metres from town centre and good selection of restaurants and shops.

Vallon Stay

Access by car to the property is pretty difficult. Kitchen equipment and accessories could be cleaner. Mosquitoes are huge problem, meaning you have to keep windows closed and still get bitten. There are a lot of steps! Especially to the pool and laundry room

Hello Stephen, Thank you for your comment. Concerning access, the property has three different accesses from the public domain. I am sorry if some kitchen equipment were not properly cleaned, we will advise the cleaning company to remedy the problem. Concerning mosquitoes, Ardèche is indeed a place where mosquitoes are present and this is beyond our control. We will study the possibility of installing CO2 traps. Finally, the residence dates from the 14th century and has been modified over time, we wanted to keep the heritage elements, even if this actually constitutes steps between the different spaces. I hope we can welcome you again to the estate. Sincerely

Wir hatten eine wahnsinnig tolle Zeit mit unserer Familie.Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine wahnsinnig tolle Lage so das Bäcker oder die Innenstadt nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt sind. Die Kommunikation und der Check In sowie Check Out liefen ebenfalls reibungslos.Das einzige Manko war das leider aus der Beschreibung nicht sehr deutlich hervorgeht das das Haus aus 2 getrennten Bereichen besteht und man sich dann auch den Pool teilt. Egal wie nett die Nachbarn sind, man muss sich immer ein bisschen arrangieren und ist halt nicht für sich.

Dit is een hele mooie lokatie dichtbij het centrum van het dorp. De ruimte en afwerking van het gedeelte dat wij hadden gehuurd (3 stellen) was prima, bovendien hadden we aan de voorzijde (niet-zwembad kant) ook nog een deel van de tuin tot onze beschikking.Al met al een aanrader als je met een grote groep in Vallon Pont d'Arc wilt zitten!

Geweldig huis! Zowel binnen als buiten is het fantastisch. Mooi en ruim ingericht binnen. Buiten, mooi zwembad maar ook het terrein erom heen is prachtig. Veel bewegingsvrijheid. Ping-pongtafel (met badjes) jeu de boules baan (met ballen). Heel rustig gelegen maar toch op loopafstand van het gezellige plaatsje. Je loopt er in 7 minuten heen. Dus elke ochtend verse broodjes van de bakker. Handig en gezellig.

Exceptionnel

Logement magnifique et très bien situé, à deux pas du centre ville de Vallon Pont d'Arc. Le parc arboré, la piscine, les espaces de vie et la qualité du logement... Tout était réuni pour des vacances au top ! Nous avons énormément apprécié le logement et son emplacement central pour découvrir la région. Notre contact Violette a été d'une grande gentillesse, à l'écoute et réactive pour toutes nos questions et éventuels besoins. La proximité du logement voisin n'est en rien gênante, au contraire, le partage de la piscine a permis des rencontres sympathiques. Un logement exceptionnel à la hauteur de nos vacances exceptionnelles ! MERCI pour ce magnifique endroit parfaitement entretenu et préservé.

Séjour Stage Sport

Comme chaque année nous venons participer à un stage de sport. Nous sommes habitué à ce Gîte depuis plusieurs années. Venant avec un groupe d'amis sportif, nous aimons l emplacement de celui ci pour le calme et son espace. Propriétaire et concierge super sympa et disponible. L'installation cette année d'un deuxième frigo est vraiment un Plus et une super idée. Merci bcp et à l'année prochaine.

Magnifique maison

La maison est rénovée avec bon gout et des beaux materiaux. La region est splendide. L'accueil tres agréable. La réactivité aux soucis rencontrés très bonne Un tout petit bemol sur la taille des frigos et l'absence de congélateur.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in wundervoller Umgebung

Wir haben die Gite mit acht Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern bewohnt. Es war ein herrlicher Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat eine alte Geschichte, verfügt dank einer liebevollen Kernsanierung aber über einen hervorragenden Ausbaustandard. Die Nähe zum belebten Dorf und den vielen Ausflugszielen bei gleichzeitiger Ruhe auf dem Grundstück waren für uns perfekt.
