I have been to Rome several times and this is by far the best place I've ever stayed. It is an amazing location (by Piazza Barberini) and is spacious and clean. The apartment is beautifully laid out and is perfect for small families. It has everything you need from utinsils to wine glasses to pots/pans. It was also extremely nice to have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Alex was such a gracious host and was available at all times throughout our 2-week stay. I would recommend this property to anyone!
Modern apartment, very comfortable for our family of 6, with teenagers.
We are a big family, with 4 teenagers. All of us were very comfortable in this modern apartment.
Kitchen appliances, laundry, and AC all function very well. We ran the clothes on mode 6 (30 min cycle) and then used the hangers to dry them on the patio. This was a very good system.
The location is safe and has a mini market 20 seconds from the front door which was very convenient.
Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are an easy walk from the apartment. You can take bus 85, which is very close, and it will take you right to the Colosseum transit stop (about 5 stops, 10 mins).
My only "issue" was actually a pleasant surprise. The pictures don't show that the couch is a decent fold-out bed.
We arrived from Tuscany via rental car so we stopped at the Porta di Roma shopping mall (very nice btw) so that we could go to a local sporting goods store named Decathlon. We purchased a sleeping bag and an air mattress. Turns out we didn't need it.
It would stay here again.

Pros:
Paola, the person in charge of the property, was very responsive and helpful.
Mateo, who was at the check in was also very helpful.
Location is within 40 minutes of walk from Vatican which is the most a typical tourist will walk to. Everything else is about 30 minutes of walk at most.
There’s a living room, a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them is small and has bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms.
Cons:
Cleanliness is below standard. There were stains on the bed when we arrived so we ended up with putting the spare sheets and the covers on the top of the existing ones (Paola was very apologetic and replaced the sheets the next day). There was mold in the showers and the shower floor itself seemed worn down.
You need to take the trash out yourself, and the location of the street bin was a bit confusing.
The safe in the property is not functioning and also is very small to put in anything other than a couple of phones and wallets.
Washing machine works but the drying function is tricky. If you can get the drying function running (we were originally told that it was not working and needed to use the rack), you still need to take the clothes out immediately once done, otherwise it takes a long time for the remaining moisture to dry off.
There is no reception or restaurant, but we knew that going in.
Overall, I would say the property is expensive for what you get. You can probably find similar places nearby for much less.
