The apartment is located at the top of Spanish steps in a charming middle '800 building and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, one completely independent over a mezzanine with its own bathroom (with shower) downstairs. The second in the mezzanine over the sitting room. In the sitting room there is a big sofa bed for 2 people. There is a second large bathroom and a completely furnished kitchen (dish washer, oven, washing machine). The apartment has autonomous heating, free WiFi, tv.
Metro station "Spagna" is 2 min walking and taxi station is just at the building entrance.
You will find in the best Roma area where you can easily reach all most famous monuments, museum. This area is very famous for the nice shop and elegant firm (valentino, Prada, etc.)

Older apartment in a great location. If you are looking for a place to stay the night while in Rome it’s okay. Make sure to double check to see if anyone in your group has issues with stairs as there are plenty of them. Main bedroom has a flight of stairs to go up to access the bed. Showers are small and water damage can be seen on the drywall in the bathrooms. The balcony doors wouldn’t shut for us, which during a major heat wave when we tried to stay, was an issue. We ended up getting a hotel close by instead.

Location, location, location—perfectly tucked just behind the Spanish Steps. The apartment was neat and tidy, and the host was easy and responsive to communicate with. Ideal for a vacation with older kids, especially with the loft-style bedrooms that give everyone a bit of their own space. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment, especially if location and reasonable pricing are your top priorities. It is truly just steps from the Spanish Steps, making it the perfect home base for exploring Rome. There are countless restaurants, cafés, and shops right outside your door.Eugenia was a fabulous host—friendly, responsive, and an excellent communicator from booking through check-out. She made everything easy and was always quick to answer our questions.The apartment comfortably accommodated our family of four. While it may sleep six, we think four is the ideal number.The apartment is below street level, so don't expect views. Because of its location, there was a noticeable musty smell. It didn't impact our stay, but adding a few diffusers would make the space feel even more welcoming. The bathrooms could also use some updating, and the towels are due for replacement.One of the highlights was a restaurant on the left-hand corner as you exit the apartment's street. I can't remember the name, but we ate there three times because the food was outstanding—it may have been the best meal we had during our three-week trip to Italy.Overall, if location and value are what matter most, this apartment is an excellent choice. We'd happily stay here again.
