This was my second time staying at a Guest Ready accommodation. The communication is awesome, if there is something wrong or you have a question, they deal with it immediately in my experience. I usually spend a couple of months in Porto in the winter so it is long term so buying the things they don’t supply is not an issue (an inconvenience but not an issue), no dish towels, oven mitt, salt, pepper, oil, coffee. If it is a short stay then wasting a day shopping may not be ideal but there are at least 2 small stores you can buy some things at on the street. A close walk to the ribeira and a 30 minute walk to Porto along the river, restaurants close by. I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom as I like to take long, hot showers and was never certain if I would run out of hot water.. and the water leaked onto the floor so I had the put lots of towels down before showering. The view was absolutely stunning. When I got up to go to the toilet in the night I would often stand in the living room on the way back to my room admiring the view.
