Rosdala gård: trivsamt gästhus i Skånelänga, 2+2
Fullt utrustat trivsamt nyrenoverat gästhus i Skånelänga: 2 + 2 bäddar. Huset har ett mycket bra läge med tillgång till hela södra Skåne. Här finns närheten till både sandstränder, fiske, golfbanor, mysig småstadsmiljö i Wallanders Ystad, gamla skånska slott och herresäten samt det böljande Österlen.

Nedervåning: öppen planlösning med ett mycket välutrustat kök, med allt som behövs för dig som gillar att laga mat. Vardagsrumsdel med 2 soffor (varav 1 bäddsoffa), Storbilds-TV (inga kanaler) med möjlighet att koppla in dator m.m., samt matbord.
Wifi ingår.

Helkaklat badrum med toalett och dusch.

Övervåning: Sovloft med skön dubbelsäng.

2 st. egna uteplatser. En på innergården och en i trädgården med underbar utsikt över fälten med utemöbler och grill. Gräsplan för lekar eller fotboll.

Självhushåll. Sängkläder/handdukar medtages eller kan hyras mot en kostnad av100 kr/person..
Städning sker av hyresgästen vid avresa eller så kan man få den utförd för 650 kr
Rökfritt inomhus.
Inga husdjur tillåtna. Liten trevlig yorkshireterrier som älskar barn finns på gården.

Det ligger smidigt med en kort avkörning från E65 och är beläget i en skånegård där ägarna bor. Det ligger 2 km från Rydsgård där det finns tågstation (som tar er runt hela Skåne) samt Pizzeria, lunchrestaurang, en välsorterad minilivs samt bensinstation.

6 km till Skurup med Systembolag och ICA, Konsum samt Netto.
10 km havsbad (Mossbystrand).
10 km till Ystad Djurpark.
14 km Abbekås Hamn.
12 km till Abbekås berömda golfbana med ”pay and play” och flera golfbanor i närheten.
17 km till Ystad med fantastiska havsbad och sina pittoreska gamla korsvirkesmiljöer.
43 km till Malmö samt nära till Öresundsbron, där ni enkelt tar er över till Köpenhamn.

Under juni, juli och augusti så hyrs gästhuset ut under hela veckor- lördag till lördag. Resten av året minst 3 nätter.
Ankomst/incheckning 15:00. Avresa/utcheckning 11:00.

Cozy cottage

Ideally located to explore southern Skåne. Small but practical and cozy cottage. Everything at hand. The only limitation is the height of the bathroom and the shower: difficult for those taller than 1.85 meters.

Unterkunft mit Charme und super nette Gastgeber

Die Unterkunft ist nahe bei Ystad sehr ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich auf dem Grundstück der Gastgeber, die sehe freundlich sind und gerne Tipps für Ausflüge geben!

En skånsk pärla

Bekvämt boende med utrustning för alla behov. Vi utnyttjade dock i huvudsak mikro och vattenkokare. Frys finns också vilket inte framgår av infon. Väldigt trevligt värdpar som gav oss värdefulla tips om matställen inför våra utflykter. Närheten till badstranden utanför Ystad, släkt och vänner i Sjöbo, Svedala och Malmö passade oss utmärkt! Högst troligt att vi återvänder en dag, kanske med barnbarn. 😃🌹
