Residence Giulietta -modern,,WiFi, air-con,pool

Modern flat on the ground floor on the left side in a Villa with a swimming pool, newly built, with an independent entrance.
Equipped with air conditioning in every room and Wi-Fi at only 900 meters from the center of Lazise in a quiet area in the middle of the green.
Large and bright kitchen-living room with large fridge and freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave; table for 6 people, comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV and electric shutters.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and access to the garden; a second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and desk with the possibility of having a double bed. New windowed bathroom with large shower and washing machine.
Terrace with an external table for eating outside and 2 sunbeds for sunbathing.
The Residence "Benacus" is an enclosed villa with a swimming pool consisting of 4 flats all newly built and with private entrance, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor with the same characteristics. The house is located at the end of a closed road close to a playground, therefore very quiet.
Convenient free parking for one car in front of the house and parking for bicycles in the fenced yard with the possibility for e-bike charging.

CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.
EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00
LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.
CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.
FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS – almost all of our apartments are pet friendly but be sure to inform us when booking. The additional fee is €20 per pet for the entire stay

Great location

Great location, insufficient parking with angry neighbours, manager waited to check us in when we got stuck in traffic, good quiet neighbourhood, lazise is an absolute Gem, initial communication with owner was difficult due to language barrier and vrbo input was useless. All in all a great stay highly recommended .

Es gab Schimmel in der Dusche, Dreckecken im Waschbecken, Hundehaare an den Decken und an der Schlafcouch. Die Schlafcouch ist kein vollwertiges Bett, da die Matratze sehr dünn ist und die Couch bei jeder Bewegung quietscht. Die Küchenmöbel lösen sich auf, Besteck und Geschirr war nur in sehr geringer Anzahl vithanden und stark abgenutzt. In jedem Raum gab es nahezu 10 Spinnen mit ihren Weben. Matratzen in den Betten waren sehr weich, sodass man früh in einer Mulde lag. Die Möbel waren schon recht abgewohnt. Der Check- in war sehr impulsiv und kundenunfreundlich. Der Pool war völlig okay und mit Verbindung zur Terrasse sehr komfortabel. Die Poolliegen sind in ausreichender Anzahl. Der Außenbereich war gepflegt, wird jedoch videoüberwacht ohne Hinweis oder Info. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen, da der Preis nicht im Verhältnis zur Leistung steht.

Die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich sauber. Wohnungsausstattung sehr einfach und minimalistisch. Möbel und Betten in die Jahre gekommen, Sonnenschirm defekt und verbogen. Der Pool ist jede Woche einmal gekippt. Kontakt zur Verwalterin schwer, sehr angestrengt und überfordert. Die Leihhandtücher und - bettwäsche war altes Zeug ... wirkte als wäre es aus dem Altkleidercontainer. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Schade, wir haben uns mehr versprochen.

Ferienwohnung war gut

Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin war recht schlecht. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war schlecht, überall Spinnenweben und Staub. Ausstattung Küche war hervorragend Anbindung an die Stadt und Strand ist ok. Bäcker gibt es in der näheren Umgebung keinen nur einen Lidl.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool. Perfekt für eine Erfrischung zwischendrin. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch unser Fast Check In am Vormittag hat super funktioniert. In wenigen Minuten läuft man in die Innenstadt von Lazise, wodurch man auf Parkgebühren und eine lange Parkplatzsuche hier schon einmal verzichten kann. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen. :)

es war sehr sauber, leider fehlte eine Garderobe wo mann die Jaken usw, aufhängen kann,desweiteren fehlen noch ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, bei 6 personen wäre das von vorteil. was gar nicht geht ist das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich, zu kurz und eine ganz schlechte Matratze bzw, Auflage! wir kommen gerne wieder wenn das zweier Schlafsofs getauscht wurde.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet aber es gibt noch Luft nach oben :)) wie z.B. ein Spiegel im Schlafzimmer, paar Teller und mehr Besteck. Ein Korkenzieher darf in Italien auch nicht fehlen:))) Ansonsten eher zentral, Strandnah. Der Weg zur Stadt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, viele Autos. Die Radfahrer und Fußgänger müssen sich den Bürgersteig teilen. Mit kleinen Kindern kann es sehr gefährlich werden. Die Vermittlung hat sich sehr bemüht, allerdings hat sie sich verspätet und wirkte etwas angespannt und genervt. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig . Im Großen und Ganzen ok. Preis und Leistungsverhältnis hat unsere Erwartungen nicht ganz getroffen.

Eine schöne moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage und doch zentrumsnah. Bei der Übergabe war Steffi als Dame vor Ort sehr bemüht. Ein Punkt Abzug, weil die Heizung sehr träge wirkt und wohl zu spät eingeschaltet wurde? Die Einrichtung ist teils sehr gut und Teils von billiger Bauweise, so dass trotz kurzer Nutzungszeit schon einige Beschädigungen aufgetreten sind. Insgesamt empfehlenswert !

Wir hatten 14 schöne Urlaubstage..

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, wir haben uns dort auch dank des kleinen Pools sehr wohl gefühlt. Rosella kümmert sich schnell bei irgendwelchen Problemen. Leider ist der Weg zum Strand etwas umständlich, man muss an der sehr stark befahrenen Via Gardesana lang laufen. .In den Sommerferien ist das traumhafte Lazise wegen der vielen Touristen zu überfüllt. Wer mit Hund kommt und so wie wir mit den Mitbewohnern Glück hat, der kann ihn laufen lassen da das komplette Gelände eingezäunt ist. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen !
