A beautiful, stately standalone villa offers accommodation in just 3 apartments. The villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Central Dalmatia, on the island of Solta. It is just a short walk (only a 10-minute walk) from the centre of the town of Maslinica, where you’ll find a supermarket, a tobacco shop, restaurants, bars, and more, as well as a pharmacy, post office, clinic, and other services.

Located in a very quiet area, the apartment offers a stunning sea view; it is very bright, tastefully furnished, and air-conditioned.
The villa offers the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable holiday with friends or family while maintaining your independence, or to choose a very romantic getaway for couples. Direct access to the beach in front of the house, with beach chairs and umbrellas included in the rental price.

Beautiful place

A very beautiful place to vacation. A place for those seeking peace and calm. Great owner / renter; we felt warmely received. The appartements are suitable for self-supporter (well-appointed kitchen, air-condition,...). We enjoyed our stay very much. We always come back gladly.
