About this property

Mediterranean style flat with beautiful sea views, located only 500 metres from Platja Fonda and the port of Fornells. Distributed in two levels, on the main floor we find a double bedroom with a complete bathroom, a courtesy bathroom, living-dining room with open plan kitchen and exit to a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture.
On the ground floor, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom en suite with bathtub.

Appartement not clean

The appartement is in a great location close to a beautiful beach and the terrace and view is lovely but the interior is very run down and not at all clean. Also there was no wifi, which really in this day and age is unacceptable for the price you pay. The equipment in the kitchen was not great a lot of stuff was missing or broken. It’s a shame because you pay a lot and it really would not take much to make it worth the money, but instead it feels like there is no investment and the property has been left in a terrible state. When we arrived at 17h the place was not ready and by the time the cleaners had finished it was still dirty, with hair and dust on the floors and unclean toilets!
