Enjoy a private perch above Provincetown with 270 degree view from the Monument across to Long Point. This one-bedroom condo with a comfortable twin-sized sleeper sofa will be your hideaway in the heart of town.

Includes a private 350 square foot deck overlooking the water directly across from Long Point Lighthouse. Deck has a grill, dining table, sofa and chaise lounge. Guests also have access to a common deck directly on the beach. (NOTE For 2024 renters, the common deck at the beach level is currently under construction and may not be complete for the 2024 season; the private deck at the unit is unaffected).

Inside you can continue to enjoy a view of the ocean from the dining table or a lounge chair. Inside is light and airy with windows on three sides.

All new furnishings with well equipped kitchen.

A 15-minute walk from the ferry, 6 doors from the Boatslip and Tea Dance, 1 block from Mussel Beach Gym and walkable/bikable from the beaches and all the clubs, bars, restaurants, shops, galleries and everything at the heart of Provincetown.

We loved staying in the beautiful spot. The place is so well thought out and made for a very warm, relaxing stay. We were in perfect proximity to everything Provincetwon offers. Best location with a huge deck, the view is breathtaking from the condo out over the bay, the entire wall is glass and is just beautiful, we sat on the deck most of the time and never made it to the beach it was so convenient .

Lovely Getaway in PTown

My partner and I had a truly wonderful stay in this cozy, well appointed unit with a stunning view of the bay. The booking/check-in process were seamless, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. In terms of location, there is not a better one. Easy access to the beach and within a 5 minute walk of many amazing restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Off-season P-town birthday weekend

The weekend was cold and rainy, but David's place was cozy and comfortable, and included all the amenities we needed. The apartment has a beautiful view with a large deck. Excellent location: easy walk to the beach and all restaurants, bars, and shops along Commercial Street. Would definitely stay again, hopefully at a time with better weather!

Excellent Property, amazing location

Superbly equipped, everything working. Incredible views and deck. Quiet even though just a short stroll from the centre. Parking arrangements were easy and not difficult to get to or from off the 6A. Comfortable double bedroom with a handy bed sofa which we used a few times. Comes with superb welcome book that really explains everything. Comms with owners always excellent. I cant think of anything negative at all, this is a real find, we were extremely happy staying here
