Spacious and sunny corner apartment on the 8th floor, with stunning views over the Mediterranean sea, from the Sierra Nevada to the Port of Fuengirola, and the wide spotless beaches in front. It consists of three bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds and the third bedroom with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning. The lounge is spacious and has a 6 seater dining table, TV, comfy furniture, and is also airconditioned. It leads to a large terrace with glass curtains, ideal for al fresco dining and evenings enjoying cocktails. There are two bathrooms equipped with showers, and a spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary items. The community has a concierge, a large swimming pool (Only open in the summer season), and pleasant gardens, and there is parking available too. Southern Spain Getaway
As per the advertisement the view and location did not disappoint....Million dollar view! Condo was a little dusty but that may have been from the construction going on in the street below. Overall a great spot, overlooking the beach and close to most amenities and restaurants.

Happy holidays in Fuengirola
The apartment is really nice and comfortable and has all the amenities needed/expected. Air conditioning is working well which is nice as it can get really hot in Fuengirola. We had a pleasant stay as a family with 2 children. The view from the balcony is truly amazing. Only improvement could be if there were some foldable beach chairs/beds in the apartment that could be brought to the beach which is just across the street.

September trip
We stayed at this spacious beachfront apartment in September '24. The check-in process was easy with the host meeting us at the property on our arrival.
The apartment is on the 8th floor, giving an excellent view of the seafront from the large balcony. Two elevators ensure easy access.
The property is in an excellent location, close to a variety of shops and restaurants, with two teain stations within 15 minutes walk giving easy access to/from the airport, Torremolinos, Malaga and other nearby towns to visit.
The apartment itself has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, & balcony. Clean and tidy, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent front line property
the flat is excellent - bathrooms and kitchen are new, air cons in all rooms also new, the large smart tv is last generation. the location is unbeatable for fuengirola, it is front line with stunning views from the 8th floor and the beach in front is nowhere near as crowded as the one downtown. lots of restaurants, supermarket and an ice cream parlour close by. swimming pool is deep and long enough for a swim(20m] and always clean. we’ve been spending our holidays in fuengirola since 2015 and this is the best accommodation we’ve stayed in, so we hope to come back.

Wonderful vacation
The Appartmenthouse location was perfect for having a relaxing vacation. 2 small elevators to get to the upper floors. Appartment was very nice, especially the amazing view from the 8th floor directly to the sea from our big terrace. Beach and seafront are very long and clean. Supermarket and Trainstation Torreblanca very close. Only 35 minutes to get to Malaga Centro. Good bus connections from Fuengirola Centro for example to Mijas, a beautiful mountain village.
Our host Dirk was very friendly and helpful. Check in and Check out was very uncomplicated.

Fantastic March 2023
The location is perfect, ocean front. The greatest asset of this property is definitely the balcony with the flexible window movement according to the weather. The furnisher would need a little refresh. The only inconvenient we had to live have been the noise coming from other apartment renovation, sometime until 10PM! Other than that our journey has been perfect.

Best view
This is our 2nd trip to Malaga this year. This time, we stayed in Dirk's apartment for 9 nights. The apartment has everything we need. View from the balcony is stunning, it's hard to describe how beautiful it was, got both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I think it is the best location if you wish both peace and convenience. It is right at the beachfront of Torreblanca, not as busy as other beaches, with many restaurants nearby. Has several medium size supermarkets around, for bigger supermarkets like Supercor/ Mercadona, it is about 15 mins walk. For public transport, you can walk to Torreblanca trainstation in about 6-7 minutes, or few minutes to bus station.
We are planning to visit again next year and this apartment is our first choice. Dirk, thank you once again for the hospitality you offered.

Excellent value large apartment
Apartment is in an excellent location, being on the sea front, close to a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, train station and bus stops. Furniture is outdated and not in good condition. Second bathroom is small and a long way from the bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine and drying area work really well. Covered in balcony is the main feature of this apartment which would benefit from more comfortable furniture, especially seats. Unfortunately we experienced much noise from the neighboring apartment which was being fully renovated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Dirk was always responsive when we needed to contact him.

Sound of the Sea
We selected this location for a couple of reasons: (1) proximity to the sea, (2) 3 bedrooms, (3) didn't need a car. With regard to proximity to the sea it was fantastic. We were on the 8th floor with a balcony that was a bit larger than expected, we often left the windows open at night to enjoy the sounds of the waves. The three bedroom part is okay. We only needed the third bedroom for one week. It wasn't great, but okay. The rest of the apartment was very nice. It was a great area for English speakers. The local restaurants along the beach ranged from full out catering to Brits (good food) to and Indian Restaurant we loved. There are several in the area, but the India Bahai (I think was the best). For Paellas and Tapas it wasn't a great area, but in 5 weeks we got our fill of those too. We got a train pass for the line between Fuengirola and Malaga for about 10 Euros for I think 3 months, but we only used it for a month. You can get tours with about a 5 minute walk to the pick up area that worked well, but once we got the lay of the land we would take a train into Malaga and then a train to destinations such as Granada, Madrid, Cordoba, and finally Barcelona. This was a very laid back area and we were delighted with that. If we'd been up two stations in either direction it was much busier. For a quiet retreat area this is very, very good and hard to beat. Dirk was very responsive. He quickly returned and helped us unlock the front door.

Bel appartement fonctionnel avec très beau balcon pour passer les bons moments à prendre le café, les repas, regarder la Méditerranée (et la construction)! Par contre, il a besoin d’un peu “d’amour” pour le rendre perfect. Bien hâte d’y retourner.

Strandwohnung in erster Linie
Eine sehr schöne Eckwohnung mit einem großen Balkon in einem der oberen Stockwerke. Die Blicke vom Balkon waren atemberaubend. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Muy buena estancia
El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y es perfecto para pasar unos dias en familia o con amigos.
Tiene unas vistas increíbles y puedes ir caminando a todos sitios.
La comunicación con el propietario muy buena siempre.
Lo único es el parking, que puede que tengas sitio o no y por la zona es difícil aparcar.

Great location ,well equipped apartment , Fabulous views ,Comfy bed , would definitely book again ,the following would greatly benefit the apartment a safe deposit box fitted and maybe a few English Chanel’s on the TV not that we booked to watch TV ,but thinking more of families with kids ,overall a great stay and will be back ,given we arrived from a late flight the supermarkets were closed we would have been more than willing to pay for a welcome pack with a few basic essentials Bottle water ,milk,Tea bags ,etc ,just an idea from a personal point of view if arriving on a late flight .greatly enjoyed our stay thanks again to our Host Dirk

Spacious good location apartment
Very well situated large spacious accommodation facing the sea with sun all day. The beds were very comfortable good air conditioning. Kitchen good size could have done with some more drinking glasses and cereal bowls we would have not had enough if there were more than the three of us. A little care with the decoration in the living room would really help this property but would not hesitate in recommending it or re booking.

Magnífica estancia en Fuengirola
Cómodo apartamento para disfrutar de amaneceres IMPRESIONANTES sobre el mar y el paseo marítimo de Torreblanca. Más amplio que otros de la zona. Se ve que lo están renovando poco a poco. Cocina y baño como nuevo. Unas sillas en la barra de la cocina estarían perfectas. Le faltaría mejorar la decoración del salón y habitaciones para que sea todo 10. Lugar recomendable.
