The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 King size boxspring bed, 2 Queen size boxspring beds, 1 Kingsize or 2 double boxspring beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 3 en-suite bathrooms, 1 family bathroom. They are modern and with a rain shower. There is plenty of hot water available for 10 people.

Through a spacious entrance you immediately enter the large open living room with 2 large glass sliding doors. In the sitting room there's a stove and TV (Netflix, Youtube).
The open kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer. The dining room adjacent to the kitchen and the living room.
The covered BBQ area is a fantastic outdoor area. It has a generous and comfortable in built BBQ, sink, freezer and counter top. This cozy area has a dining table and because it's over covered, it has always shade.

The specious swimming pool area is large and fantastic. The pool has its own large sun bathing terrace (120m2) with new furniture and a pergola for the shade. Facing South and overlooking the sea, private pool and garden. You can relax under the palmtree-leaves, enjoying your drink with panoramic sea-views!

Also just 1 KM from Binibeca Vell (the small white fishing village with the small streets). Binibeca is an exclusive area on the south coast of the island, close to the airport and only 10 km away from the capital Mahon.
The area is unique, there are no hotels and has become one of the most exclusive areas of the island.
