A beautiful location overlooking this picturesque small Marina. With uninterrupted views over the Marina, cala and headland. Spacious and well designed interior with comprehensively equipped kitchen and large dining area leading directly on to the terrace and pool. Separate comfortable lounge with 2 sets of double doors opening onto the terrace, garden and pool. With 4 double bedrooms all with air con (3 upstairs, one downstairs), all with en-suite shower rooms. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms have private terraces overlooking the Marina. Mature, well maintained gardens, wood burning oven, BBQ area. And only a short walk to join one of the most magnificent stretches of the bridleway Cami de Cavalls. If you are a keen walker, the route from Addaia to Es Grau (whilst requiring some stamina for the 18km walk) is one of the most beautiful walks you'll ever do! Professional property management company employed to do deep hygiene clean prior to each new guest.

Swimming Pool
The pool has a state-of-the-art Environmental Saline Electrolysis Pool Cleaning System which is particularly kind on the skin. For 2025 I am having to adapt my plans for the heating of the pool given the exponential increase in the electricity charges in Spain. Hence for 2025 I will be offering it as an Optional Extra of £175/week for visitors 1 April - 14 June and 1 - 31 October. If this optional extra is taken, the pool will be heated to 28 degrees. A cover will be available which you will need to use as frequently as possible, especially each night, in order to maintain this temperature. If the cover is not used, we cannot guarantee this temperature. Heating is often not necessary in June and not necessary for the rest of the summer season. Please contact me to arrange once you have made your booking with VRBO.

Heaven in Earth

An amazing property with a stunning location, so relaxing we didn't need to travel far and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property was so good it made our group keen to explore the possibility of buying in Menorca . A must for an evening out is to visit Puig de Sa Roca a really lovely traditional meal.

Villa Las Palmeras - Puerto Addaya

Even the first and subsequent communication with the landlady of the property Simone was perfect, she was very helpful and downright caring. The villa is very tastefully furnished and also technically perfect. In addition, it has a very nice terrace and pool with a wonderful view over the marina of Addaya, what more could you want. This is what makes Menorca fun, we would love to come back.

We really enjoyed staying at Simone"s house.

We were a group of 8 friends and the dimensions of the two floors of this villa has been perfect not to disturb each other. The house is wonderful, more than fully equipped and we spent some time cooking together in the big kitchen or outside at the barbecue. Also the position was fantastic, very quiet and without close neighbours, just in front of a little harbour. The only little imperfection we found were two of the four bathrooms, which were a bit old and not at the level of the rest of the house. But on the whole we found this place a real paradise. Simone has been always very kind and fast answering. Thanks Simone, we really wish to be your guests again in the future.

Wonderful retreat!

We had the most amazing time at Simone’s house. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures! We were traveling with our children (ages 11, 18, 21) and my parents (late 70s) and everyone had a great time. The house is larger than I was expecting and everyone had room to spread out. The views are amazing. We loved the house so much, we barely wanted to leave. But we did - we had a great catamaran excursion that left from Fornells. We also enjoyed walking around Fornells and had a great lunch there too. We went to 3 beaches- all different and beautiful. We rented paddle boards in the cove and enjoyed that - followed by happy hour at the Cantina. We cooked dinner at home every night and there was more than enough supplies to really be able to cook. We borrowed Thunder Bess and she was perfect too! We ran into a few minor problems and Simone was rapid in responding and helping us figure it out. We’re planning to return to Spain next summer and hope part of our trip will include a repeat visit here!

Großzügiges Haus in fantastischer Lage

Wir (2 Familien) verbrachten eine wunderbare Zeit in Simones Villa. Die Raumaufteilung, der Platz, die geschmackvolle Dekoration… es hat uns sehr gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist für mich die Aussenküche mit dem sehr gepflegten Gasgrill. Selbst Mitte Oktober war eine Erfrischung im Pool eine willkommene Abwechslung, wobei das Meer in den wunderschönen Buchten in der Nähe nicht zu toppen war. Abends konnte man lange auf der Terrasse sitzen und über die Boote im Hafen gucken.

Superbe séjour entre amis dans un cadre exceptionnel !! Villa très bien équipée au dessus du petit port d'Addaia. Cadre enchanteur, entouré de verdure et une vue sur le port exceptionnelle. A fantastic place to stay!

We loved staying at Simone’s gorgeous house. The villa is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The views of the marina are fantastic and it’s easy to sit and just watch the world go by! It’s a lovely area of Menorca and we also enjoyed the local Menorcan food in the tapas restaurant nearby.

What a holiday rental should be!

Wonderful house. Great location. Perfect customer service. From start to finish our stay was fabulous. Simone was proactive and responsive. The house had everything one could possibly need and Menorca was a delight. Our children (aged 10, 15, 18) thought it was there best holiday ever!

Amazing home in beautiful Menorca

We stayed in this incredible home for a week in July '19. The home was in a fantastic location overlooking the mariner in Port Addaia. The 4 full size bedrooms were beautifully presented as was the entire property. The beds were large and comfortable and each had it's own ensuite. The outdoor alfresco area with pool had all the facilities you could want, including a pizza oven and was extremely well furnished. There was direct access to the mariner which had a terrific little tapas bar. Situated on the north shore the access to all areas of the Island was perfect with supermarkets and shopping close by. Simone, the owner was fantastic and extremely helpful. We all thank her and her husband for the use of their home, I highly recommend the property, it was a privilege to stay and enjoy it. Lovely Villa and Location

What a superb Villa we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Menorca at Port Addaia. Restaurant in the port is fantastic for food and service. The village a ten min walk away has a decent little supermarket and another tapas restaurant. We had another boat trip with menorca en Barco which I highly recommend. Location, location, location, style and luxury. What more could one ask for in a holiday villa?

Las Palmeras is exactly as described. It is a superb property, well equipped to an exceptional standard, and superbly located in the haven of Port Addaia. The recent refurbishment is to a very high standard providing quality facilities for a perfect self catering holiday. All of the discerning adult guests simply adored the place, and would undoubtedly highly recommend the villa for future potential visitors. We were lucky enough to meet the charming owner, Simone, who could not have been more helpful and informative prior to our holiday. Every detail has been considered at Las Palmeras, and the villa at handover was impeccably clean in every aspect. We loved the views towards the adjacent Marina, and the local walking is very good too. A comprehensive information folder provided excellent advice upon places of interest, restaurants and local amenities. This had been thoughtfully compiled and was a splendidly helpful book of reference. In summary Las Palmeras is an absolute delight, and a privilege to be accommodated there for our holiday which was memorable for all the right reasons. The outstanding ratings are completely justified, and all in my party would gladly return to this wonderful place.

Absolutely stunning property - highly recommended

This is by far the best property we have ever stayed in. It was truly brilliant and we cannot praise highly enough. Beautifully appointed, visually stunning (owning a visual consultancy this is very important to us), every single detail taken care of. Wonderful location, fantastic places to watch the boats go by, quiet area, yet interesting and stimulating too. Extremely well equipped throughout the villa, everything thought of, lovely touches and surprises and seating areas to relax and chat. Much larger in real life ... very spacious and air conditioning was a godsend. Suited the whole family which can be a challenge with age ranges 10 - 77 and a husband that likes his own space!!... everything was perfect. Great fun in a lovely pool for everyone. The information provided prior to the stay was first class and information at the villa went above and beyond - simply excellent. Port bar great for cool evening drink and Don Carlos restaurant excellent food. Fornells lovely area for eating out and Mahon great for a bit of sightseeing and shopping. Owner communication absolutely fantastic - 5 star. We will definitely return ... not enough superlatives to express how much we loved it.... would enjoy both in and out of season. Thank you Simone for sharing this special place.

The pearl on the harbour

The house is situated in the peaceful harbour of Puerto Addaya in front line on the quay and is ideally located for families that choose for active vacations. The local scuba diving club is top. You can rent boats, kayaks and bikes in the harbour. Walking path Cami de cavalls from Addaya to Favaritx starts in the village and leads you through the natural parc of Es Grau. The orientation of the house is such that you can enjoy the sun all day long on the terrace. The 4 double bedrooms with own bathroom each are nice and well decorated. They are all equiped with airco.The kitchen is well equiped and has everything you can expect for a group of 8 persons. There is also a very good house handbook full of tips and explanations about the house, the equipment, the restaurants on the island, things to do and things to see...The village of Addaya is about a 20 minutes drive away from Mao for the shopping, hypermarket, freshmarket. This is perfect because you don't have the disadvantages of trafic and noize around the place you're staying. For the elementary shopping (bread,etc...) there is a little supermercado in the village. We really had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment of the 2 weeks we have been staying there

Could not have wished for more. Location - perfect. Villa - probably the nicest design we've ever stayed in - and so well equipped. Pool - refreshing!! Really useful Villa Manual with great advice of where to eat etc etc. Will definitely come back. Only weird thing is the villa is listed as being in Es Mercadal on the OD website - when clearly it's in Port Addaia - we suspect this is a quirk of the OD website.

Stunning Location!

We have stayed several times in Las Palmeras and each time we have had the most amazing time...the location is A1 and it has the most fabulous views. The interior is amazing and extremely comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend!

Amazing holiday in a stunning villa!

We had the best stay in this beautiful villa, located right by the sea in Port Adaia. The villa is stunning throughout and very spacious and modern. We used the outdoor kitchen for BBQ's and cooked breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen in the mornings. Such a beautiful villa, perfectly tucked away at the end of the street so lovely and quiet. Can not recommend it enough!

Immaculate,designed for maximum comfort

We had a wonderful time. The villa is fully equipped, immaculate and very comfortable. Simone the owner has thought of everything to make sure that you relax and enjoy yourself. The view over the port is simply stunning. We dipped into the pool every day and spent quite a lot of time on the many balconies to watch the boats. For the entertainment, there was something for everyone. I travelled with my 13-year-old daughter and she was kept busy and entertained throughout: We went kayaking as the facility is practically at our door step and we snorkelled at one of the beaches that was nearby ( Arenal de Castell) We went on the recommended walks along the coast and that was a very pleasant surprise. The Villa has movies, books, DVDs and aside from the TV which has a nice selection of tv channels we had Chromecast and so could stream some movies. We will always remember Las Palmeras because we made some priceless memories there.

Glorious Villa,with a demanding view of the Port.

Having stayed at this Villa, on two occasions now, We cannot recommend it highly enough. The Villa has just been refurbished,to a high standard,and is maintained impeccably. This building dominates the harbour with fantastic views, with the sun rising at 0645hrs directly onto the terrace, which is fantastic for an early morning breakfast. We arrived early, but everything was in place for our stay. The "Cantina" restaurant, opposite, it just a hop over the wall and the food and staff(Juan) are excellent. Great supermarket, Tapas bar, English/Indian restaurant is a 7 min. walk up the bank. This is an idyllic place if you just want a totally relaxing time with the family.Support/communications from Simone ,the owner, and her support staff were superb.We cannot recommend this Villa high enough. Will we be back........You bet!!!! Some advise......Book early:)

Enjoy lovely views of the marina. The villa has everything you need and it has a well designed outdoor kitchen area, perfect for a boozy barbecue lunch of which we had many!
