Hi Debbie, thank you for your comments and for your remarks about the location and size of the apartment. As for the heating, our maintenance service could verify during your stay, that it worked correctly, but it has a timer to make it more sustainable. If the heat is needed and it goes off, you only have to turn it on again. We apologize if you did not know this information during the first days. We are looking forward to seeing you soon again. All the best.

Hello Julie, Thank you very much for your great review. We are very sorry for the inconvenience of the Wi-Fi. We try to solve it as fast as possible. We are delighted that you had a nice stay. We hope see you soon. Best regards

Hi Susan, you went to a hotel because you didn't notify us on the emergency telephone number provided when you made the reservation. It is also sent to you again with the check-in instructions and is posted at the door of the office in case you have any problems. If you had contacted us, we would open the check-in manually outside office hours. As for the works of the building, it is painting on the façade, which does not make noiseraise dust, so it does not bother since there are no scaffolding either because they carry out the work vertically hanging from the roof. We report your complaint about the chairs and the sofa to the property so that it can be assessed. Thank you for staying with us and we are very sorry that you did not understand the check-in process correctly. All the best

Thank you for your feedback Martin, we are glad you had a lovely stay at the appartment on your holidays. We will consider your words regarding the chairs and sofa bed for future reservations, we thank you for reporting it. About hairdryer and kitchen towel usually we don't provide them. Kind regards.
