Modern, spotlessly clean, great facilities and comfortable. The underground parking is useful. Under 10 minutes to sea front and beaches. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. There is a lift to the apartment with a decent balcony and views of other apartments. Nothing for washing dishes,no dishwasher tablets, no hand wash and no condiments for basic cooking. .Be prepared to buy them at the nearby supermarkets.

Modern, well- equipped, spotlessly clean apartment

My husband and I had a great 19 day stay at this lovely apartment. We were very pleased with the quality of the fixtures, appliances, storage space, access and safety of the apartment and the building. We weren't able to use the pool as it doesn't open until June 1. The walk to the beach is downhill all the way and, therefore, uphill on the return, but the drive is quick. Great grocery store is very close, and all the amenities, shopping, restaurants are within a 10 minute radius - a very convenient spot. The building is in a residential area, therefore the view from the balcony is mostly of other buildings. Great black out blinds and very quiet which made for excellent sleeping. We highly recommend this apartment and the town of Armacao de Pera.
