Amazing apartment with Shared Pool near the beach

The apartment is located in a quiet part of town but only 5 minutes walk to the glorious beach, restaurants and shops. With a supermarket two minutes walk away. There are two pools at the apartment, one for children and plenty of space around the pools. Armacao de Pera is also the perfect base for sightseeing, shopping and general fun with the Algarve shopping centre 10 minutes drive away, the famous ZooMarine with the amazing dolphin show only 5 minutes drive away and at least two water parks at Alcantarilha and Lagoa both within 15 minutes drive away.

When we need to relax, fantastic weather with sun and beaches ... we go to the Algarve.

Why they chose this property

We love the Algarve because almost all year we have a long summer. The area and location of the apartment are fantastic.

There are some beautiful beaches and a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Faro airport less than an hour drive away.

What makes this property unique

The apartment itself is so well situated, on 3rd floor with lift and we can walk to the sea in less than 5 minutes or use the communal pool.
The apartment has a really new and airy feel and has everything you need on a holiday.
The kids are perfectly safe as we have fixed mesh to the balcony and it is all on one level.
