One of four vacation rentals just one block to water and beaches in Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego.

Just a short 5 block walk to Newport Avenue, the heart of Ocean Beach where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping.

Centrally located in San Diego this place is close airport, downtown San Diego and Balboa Park.

Approximately 550 square feet in size this place feels quite roomy as ceilings are open beam and vaulted.

Sleeps 4, one queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa

Fully stocked kitchen.

Beach gear includes the following: wagon, cooler, 2 beach chairs and umbrella

Ocean Beach in the flight path of the San Diego airport. Planes can begin taking off at 6:30 am and the last departures typically occur around 11:30 pm. There is a curfew in place that prohibits departures between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Pippi's Paradise! The location was a block from the beach. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the dog beach. Clean, comfy and quiet, even on a weekend!

Enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed including a garage. Really liked the close proximity to the beach, just a short five minute walk away. The neighborhood is quite eclectic offering a mixed variety of stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Best of all, our dog loved Dog Beach! Would definitely come back again. As in the past, staying at this property has made my vacation in Ocean Beach more comfortable and relaxing.The property is exceptionally clean. There are comfortable chairs and couch to relax in and the bed is very comfortable as well.The numerous amenities available such as a well equipped kitchen to cook meals, abundant towels, beach chairs, coolers, easy access to laundry washer and dryer, etc. all combine to the make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.The owner is immediately responsive to any questions or concerns that may arise during my stay.

Family Trip to SD

The property was as described, clean, quiet and while small, perfect for a family by the beach. Seemed like it was 10 minutes from anywhere. Would stay again and highly recommend. The garage is a huge plus seeing parking is a premium.

This cottage is exactly as described within walking distance of everything the friendly beach neighborhood has to offer. Well equipped with more than ample starter supplies, access to laundry and off street parking. Hope to be back again!

Beachy vintage cottage

A real plus is the off street parking as there is little to none available. Great restaurants and things to do in the area. The airport flight path is directly overhead which we knew from reading other reviews.
