Darling getaway. Steps from all you need for a beach retreat. Close to water, shopping and restaurants from casual to fine. This cottage boasts vaulted ceilings and not only looks spacious but actually is. AC has been upgraded to a mini split system located in living room. Not stand alone unit as seen in dated pictures.

Delightfully decorated to inspire sun and surf fun. Kitchen ready for delicious meals, small shared deck for serene coffee mornings. All you expect from a hotel stay in a quaint neighborhood a stroll from sunsets. Beach gear, games, smart TV. Close to freeways and local attractions.

This one bedroom is nestled in the heart of Ocean Beach. This unit is one of the four in the complex. The other units are occupied by year round tenants who have come to appreciate and enjoy the quite community they have created.

Ocean Beach is a lovely beach community where vacationers have been coming to for years. Park the car and walk to everything you need. Newport Avenue is our main drag and boasts great restaurants, happening bars and excellent antiquing opportunities.

Ocean Beach in the flight path of the San Diego airport. Planes can begin taking off at 6:30 am and the last departures typically occur around 11:30 pm. There is a curfew in place that prohibits departures between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am.

This place is very cute and in a great location - only a block to the beach and two to dog beach. 5 min walk to Newport Ave with parking, can't get much better than that in OB. We brought our doggy, we all loved it. Definitely will try and rent again but I fear it will be hard to get come summer.

The place was immaculate. Everything you would need for a beach vacation was included. Extremely pet friendly. Walking distance to the beach. Garage parking which is HUGE in Ocean Beach. Katrina (our host) was awesome!!! She made us feel right at home. We are looking forward to a return visit ASAP. Thank you very much Katrina. You’re the best!!!

We had a lovely stay, Katrina was incredibly responsive and helpful. The Place is indeed one block from the beach which was our number 1 priority. The place is very small (as advertised), for a family of 4 with two young kids we could just about make it work (just note that the single bathroom entrance is in the bedroom). Given the size it was surprisingly well stocked and had everything we needed and the garage parking was also incredibly convenient. Overall, had a great time.

Property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Walked everywhere even to 8am Mass at Sacred Heart on Sunday. Had all the beach things for our use, even a backpack cooler.

Katrina was wonderful and made the check-in and check-out process very easy with her clear communication and thorough instructions. Not only is the place adorable, but it's walking distance from the beach and many great restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend!

Perfect Getaway Spot

Super cute apartment! The location was literally a straight shot to the beach, stocked with everything, all you need is your clothes and food. Check in instructions and property rules are clear and easy. We didn't bring our pups on this trip but we certainly will bring them on our next trip. We met other guests who shared they are frequent renters and EVERY stay they've had at this property is fabulous. We will definitely be back to this property!

Wow, what a great week at the beach! Katrina is an excellent host. If you're looking for a turnkey rental property, this is it. Just bring your clothes and your toiletries, everything else is provided. From paper products, towels, hair and skin products to beach gear it's all waiting for you at this cottage. And quality products, not the inexpensive brands. We can't wait to spend another vacation at the cottage!

Well-Equipped Vintage Cottage

Very cute cottage, well equipped with beach towels and beach equipment. Location is great, a block from the beach and 3 blocks to the action and pounding surf. I hope to come again.

Darling cottage near everything

The beach cottage is decorated in a darling, eclectic retro mix that feels like a fun treat to visit. The location is great and walking distance to many Ocean Beach attractions, including local cafés and restaurants, as well as the beach. All the gear is provided for uo to a family of four

Super cute, cozy, colourful cottage steps from the beach!

My 16 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was super clean and comfortable, and our host provided great instructions. Beautiful little garden complete with a lemon tree. Funky, fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. Pizza Port was one of our favourites and offered great gluten free pizza and excellent local beer.

Stayed here while visiting family that lives in Ocean Beach. The neighborhood was a little noisy but to be expected in a crowded area.
