Newly refurbished, with capacity for 3 people, 600 mb fibre Wifi internet access, designed for teleworking and equipped with all the comforts, this flat has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Gran Canaria.

It is ideal for couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 3 people, all in an open-plan space that perfectly combines a living room with a sofa bed and a double bed. With a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, Wifi fibre internet and an unbeatable location, in a quiet street, just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of the capital.

There may currently be noise from construction work in an adjoining house and in the inner courtyard of the building.

Gute Lage, Apartment mit Einschränkungen

Das Apartment ist gut gelegen und mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre schön gewesen. Die Sauberkeit bei den Ankunft war gut. Leider ist das Bett für 2 Personen (140 cm) viel zu schmal. Das Sofa kann zwar ausgeklappt werden, doch darauf zu schlafen, ist sehr unbequem. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist allerdings das Stromnetz des Apartments. Die Sicherung für die komplette Unterkunft ist bei der Benutzung der Waschmaschine öfter rausgesprungen. Leider ist es nicht möglich, gleichzeitig mit 2 Platten zu kochen. Dabei springt die Sicherung ständig raus. Die Dusche ist extrem klein. Beim Sitzen auf der Toilette, sind die Beine direkt unter dem Waschbecken, was wir als unangenehm empfunden haben.
