As far as safety goes, the lack of a handrail on the first flight of stairs was a bit of a hazard both going up and going down. It was a very walkable neighbourhood with lots of shops and dining near by. There was a lack of dish towels in the kitchen. We stayed for one month and in that time we only had the dish cloth and tea towel replaced once.
