The host is very responsive. We checked in on a major holiday and couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water. Problem was resolved within an hour of us contacting them. Location is great! It’s a quiet neighborhood which is perfect for families. The train station is very close which makes it easy to see the major sights.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and a 5 min walk to the Maida Vale underground station. It offers AC in the living room only but it kept the bedrooms cool if you left the doors partly open. We had to purchase a few essentials for the kitchen such as hand soap, dish soap, sponges, and cooking oil. Easy to purchase with a store a few mins walk away.The ensuite bathroom shower is old and small but the main one is large and modern.
