Perfect vacation

It was an absolutely perfect vacation. The apartment was very lovely, with furnishings in the Tuscany style. There was everything you needed, especially also a very good kitchen equipment. Also, the garden with the pool invited us for relaxing days. Thanks Maurizio for your hospitality, we will come back.

Delightful Farmhouse

We had a great four night stay in Mauricio’s farmhouse. Great pool even in September when the Tuscan sun shines down at the end of the day. An issue arose re: hot water our first night but Mauricio had someone come over within an hour to push the right button on the water heater. No English spoken but that is surmountable. Kitchen has everything you need but bring your own spices even salt and pepper. Highly recommend this place.

Wij waren er half september. Bij warm weer was ons appartement (querce) geweldig, want buiten voldoende schaduw. Maar toen de temperatuur daalde moesten we binnen zitten in een donkere keuken met een ongemakkelijke (bed)bank. De matrassen waren ons veel te hard. Het appartement is ruim, van alles voldoende, makkelijk contact met de beheerders, die op 100 meter afstand wonen. De plek is prachtig, supermarkt en restaurants op 10-15 minuten afstand.

Wir waren Anfang September für zwei Wochen hier.Wir hatten das Apartment Ginepro und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön war die eigene Terrasse, auf der wir morgens entspannt frühstücken und auch abends die Ruhe genießen konnten. Das Apartment war ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und gepflegt – wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt.Auch der Poolbereich hat uns begeistert: Unsere Liegen mit Sonnenschirme standen immer bereit und alles war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Pool selbst war sauber, gepflegt und ein idealer Platz, um sich abzukühlen und zu entspannen.Das Auto kann man sicher auf dem Innenhof abstellen. Insgesamt sind drei Wohnungen in dem Gebäude mit getrennten Terrassen.Am Pool ist auch ein Häuschen wo man den Wein und das Olivenöl vom eigenem Weingut bekommt. Hier steht auch die Waschmaschine.

Fijn vakantiehuis

Het was een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. De keuken is goed uitgerust, er zijn twee grote slaapkamers, horren in de ramen en een leuk terras waardoor je altijd buiten kunt eten. Binnen heb je de ventilatoren echt nodig. Er is namelijk geen airco. Het zwembad is best groot en je hebt de mogelijkheid om de wasmachine te gebruiken. Wij vinden dit appartement echt een aanrader! Het dorp ligt ook vrij centraal om Toscaanse plaatsen te bezoeken. Enige nadeel: er is geen supermarkt dichtbij. Daar moet je echt even voor rijden.

Incredibile!

La casa vacanza è stata al di sopra delle aspettative, abbiamo soggiornato in un ambiente bellissimo per alcuni giorni. La piscina è stata molto apprezzata dai bambini! La vista sulla zona circostante era straordinaria! Tutto era tranquillo, ci siamo rilassati molto. I padroni di casa sono stati davvero delle persone gentili, disponibili per qualsiasi domanda. Grazie mille per l'opportunità!

Es war ein gelungener Urlaub, zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenhainen gelegen, etwas schwer zu finden. Aber wir haben den Urlaub genossen, es hat uns an nichts gefällt. Der Pool ist klasse.Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Die Eigentümer schnell erreichbar und freundlich.Die Wohnung ist liebevoll, nach toscanischen Stil eingerichtet.Wir können dieses Objekt weiterempfehlen

Il posto è veramente incantevole, pulitissimo, i proprietari gentilissimi. Da lì si raggiungono facilmente Firenze Siena e Pisa oltre ai bellissimi borghi del circondario.

FeWo in der Toskana mit dem Motorrad

Alle Formalitäten wurden gut organisiert. Die Hinfahrt war etwas knifflig, weil der Navi die Adresse nicht gefunden hat, die FeWo liegt auf einem kleinen Landgut mitten in den Weinbergen, was aber den tollen Charm bestimmt. Die Leute dort waren alle sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Gegend ist ländlich und ursprünglich, was mir gut gefallen hat. Die FeWo liegt optimal für Tagesausflüge zwischen den verschiedenen Städten. Mit dem Motorrad ist der Feldweg von der Landstraße zur FeWo etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die FeWo, Gärten und Pool sind sehr sauber, gepflegt und angenehm zu nutzen. Ich bin Motorrad gefahren und Fahrrad, obwohl es im Juni schon sehr heiß war. Ich konnte völlig abschalten und habe mich sehr gut erholt. Vielen Dank an Maurizio und seine Familie.

Location bien localisée pour visiter, et d'un propreté irréprochable.

Le logement est bien situé pour visiter la toscane au coeur d'une nature préservée. Il bien équipé avec des chambres spacieuses. L'ensemble de la propriété est très bien entretenue. Je recommande! Le gérant n'était pas sur place pendant notre séjour mais aucun problème pour l'arrivée, tout est très bien harmonisé.

. Vacances en Toscane - Un gite pour se ressourcer

Un très bon accueil, un gite avec piscine à disposition, bien équipé, bien situé dans un environnement calme au milieu des vignes. Tout le nécessaire à l'arrivée est à portée de main, et on peut profiter des vins et huile de la production. Le propriétaire nous réserve aussi de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer et visiter les environs, Florence, Sienne, San Gimignano, ...

un petit coin de paradis

Des vacances en famille très agréables grâce au merveilleux gîte de Maurizio! Nous étions 5 (2 adultes / 3 enfants), notre gîte était spacieux et parfaitement bien équipé. Les enfants se sont régalés à la piscine et dans le jardin. Les plus : - les oeufs frais et les produits qu'on peut acheter directement au gîte! - le calme et la tranquillité du lieu - les commerces à 15 minutes - les bons conseils de Maurizio pour visiter la région! Très bonne vacances

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La location est située sur une colline au milieu des vignes, des oliviers et des cyprès; un paysage typique de la Toscane. Le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter Florence (y aller en train c'est mieux), Sienne, Pise, Lucques et tous les villages fortifiés de la région. Nous remercions également Maurizio pour son accueil et ses très bons produits. Nous recommandons le gîte Il Pino.
