Divide and Anna were wonderful hosts. They met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. The apartment is very well located and super easy to walk everywhere. The parking was also super helpful. We used it to drive to a few towns about an hour away.

This apartment was in a convenient location on a small quiet side-street that contained only residences. It is spacious and has lovely chandeliers which provided a very “Venetian” feel. The host was very responsive and met us at the vaporetto stop nearby and walked us to the apartment giving us tips on the location - restaurants, historical sites, shopping, etc as we walked. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 star was that the cleanliness level and furnishings were ok but not great.

The location is great for getting around Venice. The host was wonderful at check in and also provided many restaurant recommendations that were great! The only issues we had were that the listing was not clear that the extra bedroom and bathroom were on a separate floor from the main apartment and required a separate key access. The extra room also did not include a/c or WiFi. The only a/c is in the living room of the main space. It was very effective, but we had to leave all the bedroom doors open. We managed fine with our family of 5, but it would have been good to know ahead of booking. One of our kids had to sleep on the couch.

Julie, just one small note: in the listing published on the booking platform, it clearly states that the extra room is separate, is provided upon request, and does not have Wi-Fi or air conditioning.

Great place to stay!

Great location. Very clean. And a wonderful women named Mrs. Nicoletta met us at the dock and came into the apartment with us and explained the apartment and the city highlights. We will stay again next time!

Enjoyed the stay

This rental is in a great location and provided a perfect home base for exploring Venice. The size of the apartment suited our family well, and the kitchen was nice to have for a quick lunch and late night snacks. The host was helpful and provided good recommendations on restaurants, transportation, etc.

We enjoyed exploring Venice from this charming apartment. In the center of the city so close to everything but not in all the crowds. Pleasant host with good recommendations.

Great location

The property is very close to the major bus stops. Makes it easy to get to sights and tour meeting places. The restaurant next door is also really good. There’s a PAM small grocery store on the corner to get supplies for the kitchen.

Delightful stay in Venice

The apartment was very well placed to access on foot most of the " must sees" in Venice. It was clean and comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. Despite being just off a large square it was quiet and peaceful. Special thanks to Nicoletta who was very helpful, kind and especially patient as we were very late arriving due to an awful flight delay.

Really nice place to stay. The folks who rented above us were awful. They rang our doorbell several times while we were there at 1am and 3am. This wasn’t the owners fault so still recommend and give them a 5 star

GPS is rather tenuous in Venezia, so Nicolette came and met us at the P. St Angeles. That was greatly appreciated. It’s actually quite close to the Porto if you know the route. Had one issue with some plumbing which Alfonso attended to the very day we contacted him. Can’t beat that for service. They even made a video for the temporary work around! Who does that?The location is perfect for exploring the unique Venice experience. It’s just a leisurely stroll to so many sites, including piazza San Marco and St Mark’s Basilica, which I highly recommend. Just a great experience that contributed to our fabulous time in San Marco, Venezia. Ciao ciao!

Wonderful stay in Venice

Great location. Close to restaurants, water taxi stops and shopping. One draw back, we reserved three bedrooms and they are not located in the same apartment. Upstairs comprised of two bedrooms which had one bathroom, dining, small living room, and kitchen. The third bedroom was located downstairs and was comprised of two twin beds and a full bath. The downstairs room and was pretty gloomy - no light. It was not disclosed in the listing that the bedrooms were in separate apartments with their own entrances and locks. Also, I would recommend a thorough and detailed cleaning of the upstairs bathroom as there is, what looks to be, black mold on the shower/tub tiles. Possibly update listing to reflect uniqueness of apartments.

Great Location!

The location was absolutely the best part. We were not very far from one of the vaporetto stops, the grand canal & all the other attractions, and yet off the beaten path enough that it was quiet. Nicoletta was very gracious. After showing the apartment, she pointed out everything on the map & gave us some great recommendations. One thing to be aware of before you book (especially if you are planning to use all three bedrooms with kids), is that the third bedroom with the twin beds is in a completely different unit downstairs. This is not indicated on the listing, and I believe that it should be. The pictures make it appear that this is one unit on two levels, but it is not the case. The upstairs landing is shared with another apartment. We were traveling with a 20-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy with the thought that they would be able to be in their own rooms but neither felt comfortable sleeping in the downstairs unit by themselves. It would have been a bit more inconvenient needing a key to come and go between the two. Luckily, the bunkbeds worked ok even though my son was almost too big for the top bunk. Fortunately, this change did not alter our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed Venice, Murano and Burano during our 3-days. A helpful tip if you are planning to visit the other islands is to purchase the vaporetto pass so that you do not need to purchase tickets every time you plan to board. This saved us time and allowed us the freedom to go on and off as we pleased.

Third bedroom was in a separate apartment the floor below the main apartment and wasn’t air conditioned. This was fine for my traveling group of friends who needed three rooms but might be problematic for families with children. The second apartment had a full bathroom and a dehumidifier. The main apartment was really beautiful - two bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen and living room with a gorgeous Murano glass chandelier. Great location very near Pont Sant’Angelo. Excellent hostess who met us at the vaporetto stop to walk us to the apartment and provided great restaurant recommendations.
