This 1,020 sq ft condo is a 5 star property adjacent to The Strand, an exclusive new beachfront community in Dana Point. The large 200 foot patio and the great room both face the ocean with fabulous coastal views. This is the best that it gets! You can relax on the patio with a drink and WATCH THE WAVES and if you are lucky, you can see the dolphins playing in the surf. In the evening, you can watch the sunset over the ocean. The pictures here represent ”Casa Moderna“ which has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen . The unit has 1.5 baths. Our other unit in the same building VRBO 305471 has two full baths and two king beds. These two condos can be combined offering a family or friends 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. All have been recently renovated and are equipped with modern furniture and original art.
These downstairs units have large oceanfront patios facing North on one of the most beautiful coasts in the United States.

The patio doors lead into the great room with an open kitchen and dining room. This condo has two full baths and a washer and dryer Inside the unit. It is located on the ground floor and is also accessible from the garage which makes it easy to come into the unit (especially If you are carrying suitcases, groceries or shopping bags.). There are no stairs. The unit is handicap accessible and is completely furnished with everything you need for a fabulous vacation.

On thé large patio there is a large table and four chairs as well as two chaise lounges. The patio has a barbecue where you can prepare dinner or watch the sunset or, if you are lucky, see some dolphins or whales as they migrate.

The unit overlooks Strands Beach . We are just 1/4 mile south of the famed Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek Beach Park. We are located adjacent to the path to the beach on top of the bluff. Our view is fabulous. It is very quiet, peaceful and safe. It is truly one of the most unforgetable spots you will ever find. The condo is furnished impeccably and has everything you could need for a vacation. You may even think you are staying at the Ritz Carlton.

The property is a fourplex and I live in one of the units. They are all approximately 1,000 sqft and all face the ocean with fabulous whitewater views. Occasionally a guest may want to stay longer and we try to accommodate them. In these cases we ask for your understanding if we have to move you to a sister unit unit (renting for the same amount).
