Guests can’t ask for better accommodations. Our hosts, Lilly and Holly gave us great tips on finding the best beaches and optimum routes to where we wanted to go. The Cottage had all the amenities and more for our beach days. Everything is in walking distance too. I can’t recommend Seabreeze Cottage enough. Stellar!

Thoroughly enjoyed

House was clean, great location, had towels and beach supplies to use, was well stocked, the showers were lovely, the beds were soooo comfy, and we really enjoyed the aviary in the backyard. We loved everything about this property and would recommend to anyone.

The cottage is very comfortable and very well equipped. Comfy beds and thick towels add to homey feel. The outdoor garden and aviary were delightful. And Lily is very responsive to any questions. The only “negative “ is the tight parking especially if u have a larger vehicle. Will definitely be returning to this 5 star property

Exactly what I was looking for

Seabreeze is a home away from home. It is well cared for and the hosts are amazing! Their response time when asking a question is quick and thorough. I stayed for a month to ease in and celebrate my retirement and it was exactly what I needed. Once relaxed, a friend joined me. I walked to everything in town as well as daily walks thru Heisler Park. It was wonderful; thank you!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood close to town shopping and beaches

The home was lovely outside and in. I was surprised to see the bird aviary in the back - it was so nice to see the cute birds every morning. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was great. Town was very close and so were the beaches, yet it was in a quiet neighborhood and the street does not get much traffic. I am looking forward to coming back! Hosts were very nice, too.

Beautiful cottage

We were in Laguna for a wedding. The cottage was a perfect place for us to stay. It has a great location and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The hosts were very responsive as well! Wonderful option!

Lovely spot

We really enjoyed our short time at the cottage. Lily was attentive and easy to work with for check in and check out. The cottage is cuter than the pics show and is updated beautifully. It was an excellent location. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great gem of a property

We stayed here with our 3 kids (4 6 and 8) and the house was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal - we could walk to beaches and restaurants and the grocery store - and the house itself was spotless and larger than we expected. We loved our stay! The owners were very responsive with any questions too.

Quaint and peaceful cottage

Enjoyed our stay at the Sea Breeze Cottage very much. The cottage is cosy, very quiet and comfortable, reminiscent of a childhood family beach cottage. The cottage was thoughtfully outfitted with everything we needed, and was a pleasant 5 minute walk down the hill to downtown Laguna restaurants and the main beach.

Charming Laguna Beach cottage

Our stay at this cottage was lovely. A close walk to the pacific coast Hwy and Forest Ave. Had some great conversations with the birds in the aviary. The tv was easy to use with lots of options to view.

Adorable and great location

We had a great time at this charming cottage. It was nicely laid out and had a lot of character. The location couldn’t have been better. We walked all over Laguna Beach and when not on the run, enjoyed their collection of beautiful birds who cheerfully greeted us when we went to see them. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The cottage was artfully decorated and had beautiful plantings. All in all a great experience!

Heavenly Stay!

My 2 friends and I take a little beach vacation together every year. This was such a great experience for us. The hosts were so nice and attentive. Check in was easy and the cottage itself is even better than the photos show. It was stocked well and we had a hard time even leaving the cottage for excursions because we were just so comfortable there. Watching the birds in the aviary was so relaxing and mesmerizing. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. We definitely want to come back!

LIttle YELLOW Laguna Cottage

Spent the weekend here with 3 adults and 2 kids.....the cottage is in a perfect location and is very charming and comfortable. Ronnie was a fantastic host---gave us THE most delicious avocados from his tree, help with anything we needed and entertained the kids with their awesome aviary! Everyone agreed that we would all return to spend more time here. Thanks RONNIE!

Simply Charming

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in this cottage. The process of renting the property was very smooth and the hosts communicated with us and gave us all the information we needed to check in and begin our stay. The cottage itself was very comfortable and in a great location, within walking distance of the center of downtown (just note that the walk back from the main street is uphill). The hosts have thought of everything. We didn't have to buy anything except for food and personal items. There was even a martini shaker (we didn't use it, but next time!). There are many restaurants nearby and the beach is just a few minutes away, by foot or by car. The area is very quiet and pleasantly relaxing. We look forward to returning. Thank you to Lily and Ronnie!

Beautiful Cottage

The Sea Breeze Cottage is a beautiful home. There are three bedrooms and all the beds are comfortable. Lily and Ronnie were easy to reach and communicated promptly. I appreciated the little extras that were provided by the owners. such as bags of ice, first aid kit, shampoo/conditioner, and beach equipment. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is relaxing. The back yard garden is beautiful and I enjoyed the birds.

Very pleasant property

Overall very nice property, and it worked well for us. We thought it was a 2 bedroom property, and were pleased to find it is really a 2 bedroom+ property. Worked perfectly for us and out 2 adult children. Only less than perfect scores: there is a lot of dust on the top edges of picture frames, ceiling fan, bathroom mirrors. Overall the place was clean, however. Also the bed in the master bedroom is pretty soft, so we both had back aches after sleeping in the beds for three nights. Lastly, we would have loved to feed the birds, but we understand that could be problematic if not done right. Lovely property overall, and we would stay there again if the need arises.

Perfection in paradise!

Wow! What a gem! We have been renting homes in the Laguna Beach area for 5 years and have finally found our favorite - our home away from home - that we will be returning to in future years. The cottage was EXACTLY as advertised, if not better. It was clean, charming and perfectly located for access to the beach and the village. Ronnie was such a fun, gracious host! We all enjoyed visiting with him so much and he was so helpful in providing wonderful recommendations for restaurants, beaches and activities. We loved the sound of the birds singing in the aviary - so beautiful. We had one adult and three teenagers in our party, and we were so comfortable. I can't recommend Ronnie or his beautiful cottage highly enough! Enjoy!

Perfect location for beach and town, great host

We stayed at the cottage for 5 days and it was the perfect location for walking to beach, town, and Pageant of the Masters/Festival of Arts. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Ronnie is a lovely host who made us feel right at home. We had 4 adults in our group and had plenty of space. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and spacious. The community salt water pool is 2 blocks up the hill and a bargain at $2 for entry. The house is well stocked with beach toys and towels. Beds are very comfortable. There is off street parking in the driveway for a modest size car. The front yard features a charming porch swing and the back yard has a large aviary with beautiful birds. The cottage was the perfect place for our family vacation and we look forward to returning. Thank you Ronnie!

It is just such a special, cozy cottage. Recently finished in the cottage/Provencal style. Quiet. Charming neighborhood. Sound of birds, the ocean, all within hearing distance of a lush private back yard, out of sight of everything and everyone.
