Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet expectations and that aspects of the property affected your experience. We appreciate your comments regarding the pool and recognise that our listing did not clearly explain that it is a plunge pool rather than a full-sized swimming pool. We’ve never had this problem before however we are updating the description to ensure future guests have accurate expectations. We were unaware of the peeling pool paint resulting in maintenance and cleaning issues. This shouldn’t have happened and we have arranged for the pool to be resurfaced in the coming weeks along with improvements to the surrounding area. We are also sorry the barbecue did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, due to forest-fire restrictions and the ban on charcoal barbecues, we provided an electric alternative. Having taken your feedback on board, we have now ordered a new barbecue to improve the outdoor cooking experience. Regarding the cameras, we completely understand your concerns. They are installed solely for security purposes when the property is vacant and are switched off whenever guests are staying. We regret that this was not made clear to you. We genuinely appreciate your feedback which has been shared with our team and has prompted us to make a number of improvements. We hope you will consider staying with us again and allow us the opportunity to provide the experience we strive to deliver.
