The apartment was spotless! Cool and spacious, a 3-min walk to the Perugia bus and train station. A perfect home base for day trips in the Umbria region. And host Riccardo is kind and welcoming.

While the property was in the perfect location next to mini metro and restaurants it had some problems. Remote didn’t work whole week,two lighters for stove didn’t work. In addition my wife went about three days because hairdryer didn’t work till it was replaced. Ceiling light switch didn’t work so no ceiling light. Light over stove didn’t work. Shower head leaked badly. We initially contacted owner about some of the problems and he kept saying he’ll be there but never came. Told us he was out of town. The only problem rectified was hairdryer showed up on door knob third day. We don’t expect luxury or something perfect just things that work.
