110 m2 duplex apartment with magnificent views of the sea and the islands of Ebiens. Completely renovated in 2013.
On the ground floor, large living room consists of a dining room, and living room with views of the sea through a large window. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.
On the first floor, three bedrooms and a second bathroom also with a shower. Room 1 has a double bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have three beds as 2 bunk beds complemented by a trundle bed.
The apartment has lots of storage including in the entrance hallway, bathroom and 1 bedroom 1.
The kitchen has an oven, a microwave oven, a ceramic glass hob induction fridge freezer (400 l), a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. Electric heating.

Beautiful Holiday home
Comfortable holiday home with necessary items and well functioning household appliances. The building is close to the beach, about 300 m to walk. Through the window, with view over the golf course towards the sea, the scenery looks fantastic. Hiking tours can
start at the front door. Very friendly communication. We enjoyed our stay due to the close nature and good sleep at night.

Cet appartement dans un ancien hôtel art déco est très intéressant, mais froid. Au sens propre, car le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas bien et le bâtiment est mal isolé. De plus, le duplex est chaud en haut, beaucoup moins en bas. des cloisonnements des espaces devraient être réalisés.
Au sens figuré, car il n'y a rien de cosy (coussins, déco ). l'entretien laissait à désirer (lampes qui ne fonctionnent pas, vitres sales) mais la propriétaire semble avoir pris au sérieux nos remarques et a dit qu'elle allait remédier à cette situation. Nous sommes partis plus tôt que prévu et elle nous a remboursé les nuitées non effectuées.
Par contre la situation de l'appartement est idéale, sur le golf et la plage.

Magnifique
Magnifique appartement dans résidence calme. Beaux espaces et vue mer époustouflante. Accès à la plage immédiat. Appartement bien équipé. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec notre chien dont l'accès à la plage est autorisé du 15 juin au 15 septembre. Belles ballades à faire dans les environs.

Excellent séjour
Appartement très agréable, la vue sur mer permet d'apprécier le cadre même quand le temps ne permet pas de sortir (séjour en décembre). Le spectacle est magnifique et dès qu'une éclaircie apparait on peut être sur la plage en 5 minutes.

Heel aangenaam duplex appartement met alles er op en er aan, ruim, prachtig uitzicht alle comfort aanwezig, parking. Dit is ons zeer bevallen.
Wij waren slechts met ons tweetjes, maar ook met een gezin met kinderen zijn er 2 extra slaapkamers met stapelbedden.

Accueil sympathique. Vaste appartement lumineux en duplex. . Grande baie vitrée face au golf de Saint-Cast et à la mer. Plage à proximité.
Bien aménagé et en très bon état. Cuisine entièrement équipée (rien ne manque). Salles de bains irréprochables. Literies en parfait état.
Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour.
