Appartement Exposé Sud, vue Mer, Proximité Immédiate de la Plage ,des Commerces

Appartement situé au 2ème étage d'une résidence privée exposée au sud. Vous avez une vue imprenable sur la grand plage des 2 chambres et du salon. La kitchenette est tout équipée( réfrigérateur , plaques à induction, lave vaisselle, micro ondes grill, cafetière ,Senseo), donne également sur la plage, les WC sont indépendants. Le salon et le séjour sont réunis dans une même pièce où vous avez le téléviseur. Les 3 chambres sont indépendantes ,la plus petite comprend deux lits superposes de 90*180 pour enfants, les deux autres ont un lit double en 140*190.
La plage est à moins de 100m, boulangerie, poissonnerie, tous les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité(300m) . Vous pouvez accéder au port par une liaison piétonne en bord de plage à 1 km environ.
Une caution de 300 euros(chèque ou espèces) vous sera réclamée à l'arrivée et rendue en fin de séjour si pas de problèmes. L'électricité n'est pas comprise dans le séjour (0.20c du kw/h).Nous ferons le relevé à l'arrivée ensemble puis au départ.

Wonderful stay

Our stay at the apartment was great. The host was very nice and welcoming and helpful. The view from the windows is marvellous and the apartment is right by the beach. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location, not suitable for 6 adults.

Marie was very friendly and hospitable. The location was also very beautiful. However, the apartment was not suitable for 6 adults, as the bunk bed turned out to be no longer than 1.80 meters. With 5 (taller) adults, this was not feasible. With 4 adults, it would be a pleasant experience.
