"Ca na Carme", Acogedora Casa Cerca DEL MAR

A 110 m2 house in a residential area, built on a single level and located near the cliffs, from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the vast Mediterranean Sea. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Comfortable and functional accommodation where it’s easy to feel at home. Located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing walks, far from the hustle and bustle of large crowds. Close to the sea and surrounded by a variety of beautiful beaches.
Make yourself at home—all amenities are included: sheets, towels, tea towels, washing machine, dishwasher...
The entire house is available to guests, with the following amenities:
- portable barbecue.
- free unlimited Wi-Fi.
- TV.
- cot and high chair for babies. (One child up to 2 years old is included in the price.)
- 3 fans.
- Towel change service every 7 days included in the price.
-- Wood-burning stove. Firewood not included.
--ELECTRICITY: From June to September, 10 kW/day included in the price. For the remaining months, 30 kW/day included in the price. Any consumption exceeding this limit must be paid in cash. Consumption exceeding this limit will be billed at 0.30 €/kWh, calculated based on the metre reading at the beginning and end of the stay.
--Towel change service every 7 days included in the price.

NOT INCLUDED:
-beach towels
-tourist tax

We are sure that guests will take care of the house and everything in it as if it were their own home.
The house is not available for events or parties. Pets are not allowed.
During the months of June, July, and August, it is not possible to leave 3 to 6 days open between reservations.

1- TOURIST TAX, upon ARRIVAL. In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, 2021, PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REQUIRED FROM ALL GUESTS.

Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für 6 Personen. Die 2 Bäder sind sehr praktisch. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, der Weg zum sehr schönen Strand dauert ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Fußläufig gibt es einen sehr kleinen Supermarkt, wo es auch leckeres Vollkornbrot gibt, und eine Bar. Es ist ansonsten ein reines Wohngebiet. Mehrere große Supermärkte gibt es in Santanyi. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison tres agréable, avec terrasse, jardin a proximité de la belle crique de Cala llombards. Propriétaire tres réactive. Seul bémol il manque la climatisation. Nous avons souffert de la chaleur la nuit malgré les ventilateurs.
