Our stylish 2-bedroom apartment is nestled within the peaceful and beautifully maintained Marina D'Or II complex, located in the southeast of Mallorca
The complex offers excellent facilities, including 7 swimming pools (2 designed especially for children), lush landscaped gardens, and private parking.

The apartment features a spacious terrace and a beautiful, sun-filled private garden with lovely views over the pool—an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle throughout the day.
The apartment is tastefully furnished in a modern style and comprises two double bedrooms, a bright living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom. For your comfort, the property is fitted with air conditioning and heating in both the living room and bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed (150x200), a fitted wardrobe, and space for a baby cot if required. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering three single beds (90x190), a fitted wardrobe. To enhance your rest, we provide a pillow menu so you can choose the option that best suits your preferences. Bed linen, as well as bath, pool towels, iron and ironing board are all provided.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.
The kitchen offers everything you may need during your stay, including a microwave, stove, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee pot, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, juicer, sandwich maker, a full set of crockery and cutlery, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a washing machine.

The living-dining area is designed for comfort, featuring a large, comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, and a coffee table—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

One of the highlights of the property is undoubtedly its outdoor space. The terrace is equipped with a retractable awning, table, and chairs, and opens onto what is arguably one of the most beautiful private gardens in the complex. Here you will find a charming chill-out area with a sofa, a hanging sun lounger, two hammocks, and a BBQ—perfect for enjoying long, sunny days and warm evenings. Thanks to its excellent orientation, the garden and terrace enjoy sunshine throughout the day. From the garden, you also have direct access to the swimming pools and communal areas where two additional sun loungers are available.

For sports enthusiasts, there are nearby tennis courts, as well as a wide variety of water sports available in Cala Egos. Golf lovers can enjoy the Vall d’Or Golf course, located just 15 minutes away by car.
