This property was a basic starter home which was situated across the road from a light industrial park and the railway. This meant that it was very noisy with traffic and trains (they started at 4.30am).The property was not very clean and the oven was very dirty. The kitchen is so small that only one person can use it at a time. There was insufficient clearance to open the cutlery drawer as it hit the oven door handle. The fridge freezer was very old and in serious need of defrosting as the top drawer was completely iced up.The property is situated a mile from the city centre so the description of an elegant retreat in the heart of Chester is misleading.
