Beverly beach delight

Located just above Beverly beach, This cute , 1200 sf, one level ranch boasts 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths. all decorated in a beach theme. It’s located just a very short walk to the beach through Beverly beach state park just below. The romantic master bedroom has a king size canopy bed with a luxury pillow top mattress and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full and twin sized bed. There is a private deck for sitting or eating out side that is attached to the house. There is a full kitchen with all the amenities of home. For evening entertainment , there is a DVD library, board games and puzzles to play with and a TV with Roku and DVD player in the living room. This house is just waiting for family fun, with many beautiful beaches nearby and the bay is a short drive away. A movie theater, restaurants, aquarium, golf and shopping are just minutes away. The bay in Newport offers boating, crabbing and gorgeous views from local restaurants and shops. Check out both light houses in Newport. Hint... one is reportedly haunted.

We have replaced all the flooring ,trim and sliding glass door in the main sections of the house. Both bathrooms were remodeled 2 years ago with beautiful tiles and new fixtures. There is New furniture in the living room and new mattresses in the bedrooms for your comfort, and all the decor has a nautical, beach theme giving the house a wonderful beachy feel. We have also replaced the deck with all new beautiful Cedar and solar lights on the posts. The kitchen was updated last summer.

In compliance to OSHA standards we are wiping down all high touch areas with an approved sanitizer. I have a high end commercial rated air purifier running 24/7 to provide the highest level of cleanliness I can for your safety. Towels and linens will be exchanged each new rental and cleaned in accordance to approved cleaning standards. Cleaning supplies will be in the house for you to use if you so chose to add another measure of comfort. We want you to enjoy our beautiful home and your family getaway!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels in the bath tubs and leave used beds unmade.
Please place teach in can to capacity , and leave the rest in the house. Place recycling in the recycling area and NOT in the trash.
Turn down heat to 55 in all rooms and close any windows that were opened. Please dump ash from BBQ into metal can and recover BBQ and fire pit if you used them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Licensing requirements: All cars must park in the driveway, no off street parking. Max 4 car, Its strictly enforced and can lead to loss of house.
Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Evidence of Pets on premises will receive an extra cleaning fee of $100.00. The House Keeper is allergic.
The number of people on the premises is not to exceed the maximum occupancy rules (8).This is due to septic. Loss of security deposit for extras.

This property was perfect for our needs. It slept seven comfortably. Awesome, comfy beds and sheets and an easy to use TV made our rainy weekend fun and relaxing for all members of our group (ages 20-80). The kitchen is easy to use and well stocked with pans, plates, and utensils.We would definitely like to book again.

This was a perfect little home for our group of 6 -affordable option that is conveniently located. We loved the proximity to Beverly Beach state park, and also a short drive to Lincoln City or Newport.

Quiet and cozy

We just stayed for 2 nights for Thanksgiving. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the nights were quiet. Complementary bar soaps would be great for next time. Would stay there again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Beverly Beach was closed for construction, but there was plenty to do within a short drive.

Wonderful home to have a great vacation!

Our family loved the time spent in this vacation home, had everything we needed to make it home away from home and explore Newport area. House is well decorated with beach decor and we spent evenings in the backyard around the fire pit. Would recommend it highly!

This home was wonderful! It's in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to get you to where you want to go. The backyard is amazing and is so peaceful. It gives you a sense that you're in a forest. It was nice to be able to do all the tourism stuff and then be able to come back to a cozy home nestled in nature. The beach is super easy to get to from this home. The host is awesome! She called two nights before and explained everything clearly. I truly enjoyed our conversation! I give this place a 10 out of 10!

Cozy home

The house is cute and very inviting. Decor is beautifully picked sea theme. Backyard was wonderful, my kids enjoyed it. Everything was easily accessible, it was quiet area. Its a great place to stay. Our host was very hospitable.

The house was super cute and perfect for our stay. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with when needed! The wifi at the house was great, which was nice since I worked remotely this trip. There were lots of fun birds and chipmunks in the yard to watch out the windows or from the deck. The kitchen also had pots/pans and other cooking essentials if you're not looking to eat out every night.Why did I give a four star review for such a good visit? The photo of the Yaquina bay bridge is misleading since it's at least 10-15 minutes away. There are also undisclosed cameras on the property. One in the back yard on a motion sensor light and one on the front doorbell.

Great central location

We had a fantastic stay, and enjoyed how close it was to the Highway to travel up and down the coast. House was pleasant, but didn’t spend a lot of time there. We just needed a place to rest our heads in the evening. It met all of our needs and Shannon was very easy to work with. Would stay again and again!

Great location. Wonderful dinner at Local Sea Food in Newport.

Location is very good. Quiet. Some window screens were missing. Appreciated the air purifier and no pets rule.

Clean, comfortable (little hard for old people to get into the bed, but once accomplished was great!

Nice and clean, well stocked, easy check in and out. The one thing I think should be changed is beginning view of property shows the Newport bridge so at first we assumed it was located close to that.

Great House!

This wasn’t somewhere we stayed often but when we did it was very cozy and nice to come back to after a busy day at the beach or in town! The fact that it had a full functioning kitchen was nice the only downfall was the cleanliness of some of the appliances which were still usable but if someone is getting paid to clean they should be doing a better job otherwise this stay couldn’t have been more perfect for our weekend getaway!

This house was my Grandmas house and I grew up coming to this beach Since I was young. I have so many great memories of this place and hope you can create some new ones for your self.

What makes this property unique

The house is located right above Beverly beach state park with a very nice free day use area with bathrooms and picnic tables. You can drive down to the park and unload from there. This state park's camping area is so popular its usually full all summer.
