Authentic Trullo with Swimming Pool in the Heart of Valle d'Itria – Martina Franca



Immersed in the unique landscape of the Itria Valley, a few minutes from Martina Franca, this enchanting trullo of ancient construction has been skilfully renovated to offer the charm of tradition with the comfort of modernity.



The property can accommodate up to 6 people:



A welcoming double bedroom,



A second room accessible from the master bedroom,



A third bedroom with two beds



At the guests' disposal is a spacious full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. The trullo is equipped with portable window air conditioners to ensure freshness even on the hottest days.



Outside, a splendid swimming pool with an indoor hydromassage area awaits you, perfect for relaxing amidst the greenery. The outdoor space is completed by a BBQ area, sun loungers, garden furniture, a well-maintained large garden, and private parking. A supplement of €80 per animal is required for the stay.

Included in the stay: bed linen, towels, and the possibility, upon request, of organising typical dinners at home or car rental to explore the area.



The owner lives next to the structure, but all areas of the trullo are well-defined and the rental is exclusive to guests. Animals are allowed upon request, with a small additional charge.

Amelia è stata sin dalla partenza disponibile e premurosa. All'arrivo troviamo il gentilissimo Nipote del proprietario che ci illustra la splendida proprietà a cui davvero non manca nulla. Il trullo è davvero bellissimo e ristrutturato con gusto. Una menzione particolare per il bagno ..... davvero bellissimo 🔝🔝🔝🔝. Poi cosa dire della piscina bellissima e curatissima insomma siamo stati davvero benissimo e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Infine un grazie particolare a Maurizio che è stato davvero un proprietario disponibile e discreto. Un gran bella persona. Lo straconsiglio vivamente ..... dimenticavo : Posizione ottima per visitare tutte le più belle cittadine della zona tipo Ostuni Locorotondo Fasano Alberobello Monopoli ecc.....

un trullo idéal pour une famille de 4, un emplacement central pour rayonner autour et découvrir des villages magnifiques à mi chemin entre mer adriatique et mer ionienne et enfin un propriétaire, Mauro, très chaleureux, très accueillants

DU BONHEUR

Si vous devez rester à l'écart de l'agitation quotidienne pendant un moment, c'est l'endroit idéal pour vous. La maison est située dans un village calme, vous ne voudrez plus jamais la quitter. MAURO est un tres bon hôte. N'hésitez pas à lui demander conseil, il a une réponse à chaque question! Je recommanderais certainement sa maison à tout le monde!

Italienische Gastfreundschaft vom Allerfeinsten

Der Trullo liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Hauptstrasse zwischen Martina Franca und Ostuni. Noch vor dem regulären Check-in um 14.00 Uhr war es möglich, ausserplanmässig früher anzureisen. Mauro, unser liebenswerter Gastgeber, empfing uns herzlichst und der Kühlschrank und der wunderschön blaue Tisch im Essbereich war bereits mit vielen lokalen Köstlichkeiten aller Art gedeckt, so dass wir uns sofort pudelwohl fühlten und am Anreisetag satt essen konnten und auch die nächsten Tage noch genug Reserven hatten. Obwohl Mauro mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt, lässt er dem Gast genug Freiraum und Privatsphäre, da er selbst tagsüber arbeitet. Der Trullo ist wunderschön, Küchenausstattung ausreichend, Basics wie öl, Essig, Kaffee für mehrere Tage vorhanden; der Pool riesig gross und das nahe liegende Martina Franca eine wahre Perle. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder in den Trullo Nonna d'Itria ziehen. Mauro, grazie di cuore di un soggiorno bellissimo nel tuo bel Trullo

A truly wonderful place to stay

From arrival we were made to feel welcome. We arrived at lunchtime and the table was laden with fresh fruit and vegetables, plus a supply of basic food and drinks to keep us going for a couple of days. The trullo is compact but light and airy and tastefully finished. It was also spotlessly clean. The outside living space is outstanding, with good shade, enabling us to eat out at lunchtime and in the evening. The pool area is incredible, with a fabulous pool which allows you to easily do laps . The location of the trullo was perfect for sightseeing, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Cisternino all being within short distance. Martina Franca is a pleasant town with buzzing weekly markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Maurizio the owner was very hospitable, with gifts of local delicacies on a number of occasions, including homemade meatballs and bread by a family friend! You could not have wished for a kinder person. As a family we fell in love with Puglia; the area, the food, the people, so much so we would like to return again some day soon. Mille grazie Maurizio!

charme et pittoresque

échanges particulièrement chaleureux avec le propriétaire qui a pris soin de nous faire découvrir des spécialités locales villa pittoresque parfaitement aménagée dans un trulli. Piscine exceptionnelle qui permet de se rafraîchir après une journée de détente. Les enfants ont vraiment apprécié. Nous recommandons.

Charming Trulli

As a family of 2 adults and 3 kids, we stayed for a week and truly enjoyed the Trullo and our interactions with the host, we’d recommend the place. The Trullo is compact but really charming and well finished, and we really enjoyed chilling out around the spacious pool area. The location is also good, just a couple of minutes outside Martina Franca by car and just approx. 15 min drive to a number of other beautiful hilltop towns. It was the first rental of the Trullo so we had a few minor teething issues but they were all sorted very quickly.  The host who lives next to the Trullo was rarely there during the day but was super quick in responding to any of our queries or requests and he just couldn’t be any nicer and made us feel truly welcome.
