Great stay

Lovely house, a bit worn bit clean, tasteful and spacy. Nice view and calm surroundings. Pool larger than expexted. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Vi lejede huset gennem YupiHome i Sineu, Mallorca, som på billederne så fantastisk ud – men oplevelsen levede desværre slet ikke op til forventningerne.Allerede fra ankomsten var der myrer i samtlige rum. Trods at ejeren sendte rengøring for at afhjælpe problemet, var der ingen forbedring. Myrerne gjorde, at vi ikke kunne have kufferter eller ejendele på gulvet uden at de blev invaderet, og madvarer på køkkenbordet måtte smides ud.Vi fandt også et knust vinglas i poolen, hvilket vi anser som ekstremt farligt.Poolens tilstand var langt under standard – fyldt med alger, grønne kanter hele vejen rundt og så uklart vand, at vi næsten ikke kunne se bunden. Det var direkte uappetitligt at bade i.Jeg kontaktede YupiHome med en detaljeret klage under og efter opholdet og fulgte op flere gange. Jeg har aldrig fået svar. Under betalingsprocessen var svarene hurtige, men efter kritiske henvendelser er kommunikationen stoppet fuldstændigt.Vi havde set frem til en afslappende ferie i et lækkert hus, men i stedet stod vi med massive problemer, der ødelagde meget af opholdet. Jeg kan ikke anbefale YupiHome – hverken på grund af husets stand eller deres manglende evne/vilje til at håndtere klager.

Es könnte schön sein

Das Haus an sich könnte wirklich schön sein, wäre nicht der Dreck/Staub überall. Man konnte keine Ablagefläche benutzen ohne sie vorher nicht selbst zu reinigen. In jeder Ecke hängen Staubfäden und der Boden war voller Haare. Der Sauberkeitszustand war leider so schlimm, dass der tolle Pool oder der schöne Blick nicht darüber hinwegsehen lassen haben.
