Beautiful place in the city centre of Majorca, perfect to enjoy nature

I’m sorry that your opinion is now so negative. I’m surprised, since you were quite happy when you left and didn’t say anything about it being dirty or not set up well. All issues seem to have started when you refused to be responsible for part of the damage you made to the property. I sent you a bill for the broken chair which I bought only 3 months ago. And even though you (I’m assuming your kids) played ball with all the fruit (granadas) from two trees, effectively ruining it and covering an outside wall with squashed fruit, I decided to let it slide. I tried to make your stay as nice as possible, like I do with all my guests: you asked me to check-in earlier and I said yes. Then, you decided to go shopping and made me wait for over an hour. As for the toilet seat, I take all responsibility. Sometimes things get damaged unexpectedly and fixing it before the next guest is just impossible. However, I must say that only the tank cover was broken, the toilet itself worked perfectly. Finally, if you had told me that the pool had gotten dirty (which sometimes happens on windy days) I would have been more than happy to come and clean it. It’s just a matter of communication and responsibility. I’m sad to say that for the first time since I started my business, I don’t want a guest to come back to Ca’n Brusquer.

I'm so sorry the house wasn't to your liking. The furniture is indeed mostly antiques, as can be seen in the pictures before booking the house. Some of them are over a century old. We wanted to preserve the look of a traditional mallorquin house, warm and full of history, which for a lot of people who vacation here is exactly what they're looking for. The kitchen is fully equipped and we make sure regularly that all home appliances work perfectly, as did the air conditioning unit. As soon as you told me at your departure that it hadn't been working, I called a technician who quickly realized it wasn't broken, someone had accidentally selected hot mode. I'm sorry your stay was uncomfortable due to this. If I had been informed during your stay, I would have come to solve the issue immediately, as I take the upkeep of the house very seriously and I want all guests to have a nice stay at Ca'n Brusquer.
