After spending several nights in Europe in small expensive hotel rooms this condo right on the lake was a welcome relief. Large, well equipped, sleek modern in design. We even got to wash our clothes!

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at our lakeside apartment. We're pleased that you appreciated the exceptional location directly by the lake, which is indeed one of our property's most valued features. However, we must respectfully address your concerns about the apartment's condition. We have welcomed numerous guests in this very same apartment with no similar complaints, which suggests that your experience may not reflect the typical guest experience. Our property undergoes regular inspections as part of our established maintenance schedule, ensuring consistent quality standards. Regarding the specific issues you mentioned - including the shower area, bedroom ceiling, balcony cleanliness, air conditioning installation, drawer contents, and pool access - we take all maintenance matters seriously. It's worth noting that many satisfied guests have enjoyed their stays in this apartment without encountering these concerns. We maintain our properties according to industry standards and continue to receive positive feedback from the majority of our guests. The pricing reflects the premium lakeside location and amenities provided, which most guests find exceptional value for their investment. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us maintain our commitment to guest satisfaction.

Thank you so much for your review of our vacation rental. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the large terrace with its beautiful lake view. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen utensils. We apologize if it seemed sparse, and we will certainly look into adding more to ensure a better experience for future guests. Regarding the pool, we understand your frustration with the requirement of wearing swim caps. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the limited availability of swim caps in the area during the autumn season, but this info has been shared at the booking confirmation. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
