Communication with Carlo and Carla was very easy through the entire process. Erica was excellent on check in and any questions we had before or during our stay were answered very quickly. Ca Maria is a great vacation spot - highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful stay. The balcony and view are every bit as beautiful as described and made the apartment feel truly special. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and the entire space is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished.The location is fantastic, and the building itself is lovely. Communication was also excellent throughout our stay. Daniel was incredibly helpful and responsive, and Carla and Carlo were equally warm and welcoming hosts.It’s clear that a great deal of care has gone into this property, and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful details. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Como.

We were very pleased with our stay, very comfortable and well suppliedLocation was perfect.The only issue we had was a couple of barking dogs, during the day, which interfered with the serenity and beauty of Bellagio Erika was great

Unreal view and very roomy apartment

If you like great views, you’ll love having coffee or a glass of wine on the porch, looking at Lake Como. Well appointed and near to the shops in Bellagio.

We enjoyed sitting in balcony looking at the Greta view of the lake. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked nicely with everything you need. Nice quick walk downhill to the town.

beautiful property, awesome location

we enjoyed our stay very much. Location was close to town, but we were glad we had a car. walking at night or in the rain would have been difficult. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the living room and balcony for just hanging out in the evening or morning coffee.

Lovely Location.

Great location with short walk to town an easy on-site parking. One suggestion...... larger coffee maker, We Americans drink a lot of coffee😄

The apartment has an incredible view, and Carlo was a great host. Recommend considering his private boat tours -- his team is very communicative, and can help you decide which boat/tour is right for you and your group

Lovely apartment, great location within Bellagio, only a short walk into town and to other beauty spots. Great accessibility, parking space and a securely gated. Very picturesque surroundings. Would definitely recommend this property.

I have stayed in numerous VRBO properties throughout Europe, and I’m surprised by the consistent 10/10 ratings for this apartment. Based on my experience, I would rate it closer to a 6–7/10.The view is beautiful, and the location is convenient if traveling by car. However, at this price point, especially for a property marketed as a luxury apartment in Bellagio, I expected a much higher standard and greater attention to detail.I don’t mind paying a premium price when the quality justifies it. Unfortunately, mold around the window sills and shower caulking, along with missing tiles in the bathroom, are not what one should encounter in a luxury accommodation. The lighting throughout the apartment is also poor.The appliances are more comparable to what one might expect in a college dorm than in a high-end rental.If arriving by ferry, be aware that the apartment is approximately 1.6 km from central Bellagio.Overall, the property has great potential, but a beautiful view alone does not make an apartment luxurious. At this price point, cleanliness, maintenance, quality appliances, and attention to detail should match the premium being charged.

Apartment was well equipped, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the lake. The walk up from the ferry is steep and long. The owners were wonderful in getting in some hypoallergenic bedding for me at the last minute.

Wonderful space with an amazing view. Hosts were great with communication and assistance. We really enjoyed our stay. Only issue we ran into was that it was basically impossible to get a taxi so we ended up having to walk or take the bus. The hosts were extremely helpful in arranging to pick us up when we arrived via ferry so fortunately we didn't have to struggle with getting our luggage up to the space, but we ended up having to take the bus with the luggage back down when we left (which wasn't terrible, the bus stop was just a few minutes away and it's a short bus ride). Obviously this issue is not unique to this space, it's basically a Bellagio (and surrounding areas) problem where there's almost no taxi's available (at least in April when we were there). But beyond that, the space was very nice, quiet, comfortable, and we had a great stay.
