A special note following Hurricane Ian:
Our condo has re-opened for guests after more than a 2-year hiatus due to Hurricane Ian. A lot of damage occurred throughout the island, and much rebuilding has occurred. At Pointe Santo, the clubhouse was blown/washed away and a pavilion is being built in its place. The pavilion should be finished in late August or September, 2025.

The clubhouse is being built in a new location, next to the B Building. Please understand that some construction noise will occur until it's complete, hopefully early in 2026. And until then, the famous Pointe Santo weekday children's program is suspended.

But the swimming pool, hot tub, new, faster-heating grills, tennis and pickleball courts are open and beautiful! And of course, there's the great beach!

Some of the photos on this listing show the clubhouse. In addition, both bathrooms have been updated; there's a new, modern Dining Room chandelier, new glass shower enclosure and other updates. When the pavilion is completed, new photos will appear.

Whether it's for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, C36 at Pointe Santo is the perfect destination. Your journey begins with an elevator ride to the third floor and the delight you will feel upon entering this deluxe two-bedroom/two-bath condo. Straight ahead of you and beyond the lanai, you will enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and Pointe Santo’s tropical lake and gardens.

In addition to the fabulous ocean view, the bright and clean rooms in this condo, the newly-updated furnishings, the tropical décor and the many Pointe Santo amenities will put you in a vacation frame of mind.

If you’re in the mood for romance, enjoy a quiet moment in the spacious Living Room, savor a drink on the lanai or walk the few steps to the hot tub or beach and watch a magnificent sunset. Then fall asleep in the Primary Bedroom’s king-size bed with the serene sounds of the ocean coming through your private sliding glass doors. The Primary suite Bathroom has double sinks, double mirrors, and a huge shower.

If your vacation brings your family, parents and kids alike will love Pointe Santo’s fabulously-creative and supervised, all-week-long children’s programs at the clubhouse adjacent to the heated pool. (Note: the children's program is on hold until the Clubhouse is reconstructed.)

And no child, teen or adult can leave Sanibel without swimming in the ocean and collecting some shells at the beach to keep as a souvenir of your trip. Other family-fun activities include beach volleyball, tennis, shuffleboard and bike rides to see the island’s wildlife or to enjoy an ice cream, shopping or a movie.

The Guest Suite in C36 features 1 double bed and 1 twin bed adjacent to a private bath with a combination shower/tub. There’s also a queen sleep sofa in the Living Room to ensure comfort for up to 6 guests.

The Kitchen, with its beautiful quartz countertops, is fully-equipped, but Pointe Santo’s grills, which surround the landscaped lake, offer an alternative to using the kitchen cooking appliances: al fresco dining on the Lanai. In addition, the complimentary WiFi, flat-screen HDTV in the living area, as well as DVDs and Blu Ray, TVs in the bedrooms, books, games and DVDs, pool and sand toys, tennis and paddle board and other amenities will entertain children and make C36 the complete vacation spot for you to return every year.
