Wir hatten das Haus für uns allein, tatsächlich ist es aber für 2 Parteien ausgelegt (oben und unten). Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben nah am herrlichen Strand. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, wie hatten alles was wir brauchten. Man muss natürlich am ersten Tag einkaufen gehen, da außer 1 Flasche Wasser und 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier weiter nichts vorhanden ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen.

Casa ben curata con condizionatore e ventole da soffitto dappertutto nn si soffre il caldo ,posizione buona , in poco più di 5 Min si arriva in spiaggia con un mare spettacolare, proprietario gentile e disponibile, un esperienza decisamente positiva.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Das Haus ist sauber, schön, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Klimaanlage, Wlan, großer Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlteil, Kaffeemaschine, TV, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, alles vorhanden. Top Lage, 5min zu Fuß zum wunderschönen Strand. Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bar und Apotheke auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Achtung: Haus wird pro Etage separat vermietet.. Erdgeschoss und 1. Stock/separater Eingang. War für uns in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Kein Problem, aber dachten wir hätten das ganze Haus für uns allein. Wir hatten das Erdgeschoss und waren sehr zufrieden.

Casa comodissima per godere il mare

La casa si presenta esattamente come da annuncio. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in giugno e l'appartamento al piano superiore era sfitto, per cui abbiamo goduto anche di maggior privacy (non dovevamo condividere lo spazio esterno con nessuno). L'appartamento si trova realmente a 5 minuti a piedi da una bella spiaggia di sabbia, dove a giugno, si noleggiano 2 sdrai e ombrellone a 10€ (prezzo molto vantaggioso!). L'appartamento ha un solo un bagno, ma e' presente una doccia esterna (molto comoda quando si rientra in 4 dalla spiaggia e ci si deve lavare). La casa si trova in un quartiere residenziale per turisti che a fine maggio/inizio giugno era praticamente deserto e quindi molto tranquillo. Pochissime zanzare nel periodo in cui siamo stati. (E comunque la casa ha ovunque le zanzariere) Noi abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro cane e abbiamo trovato molto comoda questa casa per le nostre esigenze. Una precisazione: se avete un cane di taglia medio/grande con tendenza a scappare (magari per rincorrere gatti selvatici che sono numerosi), fate attenzione perche' il muro perimetrale non e' alto e potrebbe saltare fuori. Nel complesso, consiglio questa casa!!!
