We’re so excited to be back in business---everything at
Our Happy Place is BRAND—SPANKING---NEW with a BEAUTIFUL NEW POOL!

Come experience everything you love about Rockport while you enjoy the advantages of being just outside the city.

Outside you will love the expansive views of Aransas Bay from both the upstairs and downstairs AND OUR NEW POOL. Wide open spaces surround you and there’s always a nice breeze to enjoy in Bahia Bay. The outdoor dining area is a perfect complement to an in-ground Park Grill that’s ready for your catch of the day. The first floor deck is completely covered and fenced in, with just a few steps down to a large terrace that is perfect for relaxing in the sun or reading a good book. There’s plenty of lighting outside, a boat lift and a fish cleaning station for your use. Drop a line in the canal and see what you catch! Our 36’ long 2 car garage will accommodate most boat trailers and there’s ample parking in the driveway too.

Inside you’ll find we’ve paid attention to every detail. The home is tastefully decorated with coastal flare – lots of windows take advantage of the views and make it bright, beautiful AND comfortable. There are 2 living areas and 4 TV’s with Hulu Live. There’s high speed internet for when you need to plug in, and games and puzzles for when you need to un-plug.

Master suite, living, dining and kitchen are on the first floor. Downstairs living area has fantastic bay views, more than enough seating for the whole family and you will love how easy it is to entertain in the large open concept space. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances and is well stocked with everything you need. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen. There’s also a half bath downstairs.

The beautiful master suite is very private, with a king bed, TV, deep soaking tub, large walk in shower, 2 sinks and a large master closet. The lamps in the master bedroom even have USB ports in them – we’ve thought of everything!

Upstairs you will find another large living area with a TV, 2 bedrooms with queen beds (one has a TV in the room), a full bath, 4 custom built-in twin bunk beds (yep, we added USB ports and outlets to the bunk beds) and a large deck with gorgeous views of Estes Flats – some of the best fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast. A wet bar area offers you a sink, fridge and coffee maker – you don’t even have to go downstairs to greet the morning with a cup of joe or toast the sunset with a glass of wine.

The property is even better in person. The rooms, and especially the kitchen, are very well equipped/stocked with more than you'll actually need. The pool is fantastic, the beds are comfortable, as well as the comfy couches. The property was so nice, we only went to the beach once. Can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our two families . The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking and sharing meals so easy. The outdoor space was a major highlight — we loved the pool, the relaxing patio area, and the convenience of the boat lift. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. Yearly fishing trip

We have a boat and come to fish !! Excellent location for all the fishing spots . Short drive to fairy to go to beach . Dock was nice and back porch was shading in evening . Family came for a few days and was nice and roomy . Would recommend.!! Was very homey and furniture was nice and comfy !

We knew this place would be great but the pictures don’t do this place justice. Everything was perfect with our stay. The house was gorgeous, the views were stunning and everyone in the neighborhood was friendly. We had a short stay but made tons of great memories. We loved this place and hope to come back again. Amazing ambiance

We loved this property. The online pics do not do the property justice. It has a perfect layout for families who need several spaces. The built-in bunk beds are cozy and comfy, and there are 4 of them! I was incredibly impressed with attention to detail in the new construction. The back deck and boat ramp face the bay — great view. This house is well outfitted and has everything. We had a great time! We hope it is available when we want to stay again!

Great stay with the exception of mosquitoes

This house is absolutely beautiful and we absolutely loved staying inside of it. However, that was all we were able to do was stay inside because the mosquitoes were so bad. We were literally bit every single time we just walked out of the car and into the house. Additionally, we spent the first five minutes killing the mosquitoes that got into the house. There is a field full of water across from the property that the mosquitoes are breading in. I know this is a bit difficult for the property management to control but it was unbearable and kind of put a damper on our stay since we all left with tons of mosquito bites and couldn’t enjoy the deck or fishing pier.

The house was a new, beautiful, and family friendly.

As an FYI, upon our arrival, there was a busted electrical box, although I'm not sure If that was part of the property or a neighboring home. The electrical company was in the neighborhood throughout the weekend so the safety was getting addressed. The home itself was beautiful and family friendly. However, the listing was specific on "no pets", which was one of the reasons we selected the home. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed with the white dog hair throughout the home and now on all of our stuff and kids blankets, toys etc. I will be more diligent in the future when booking when it comes to the pet policy. The price of the home was expensive, so to be leaving with white pet hair everywhere, I am a bit upset. We love the area and will be back, but likely not to this property. Thank you, Paige

Beautiful and clean home!!!

Awesome place- roomy, very clean and quiet with beautiful views. Great location. Saw jelly fish, sting rays swimming by, ducks, and pelicans. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! A gas grill would definitely be a great addition.

July 2022 weekend stay

Great spot! The house is very nice, clean and the layout is practical. We had extended family staying in two other houses in the same neighborhood, which was fun. If we had been staying a little longer, I would have wanted to bring kayaks. Children will love the bunk beds.

GOTTA GET AWAY!!!!

This was a great place for our family of 4, our closest friends and their son. We needed to get away, it was a much needed break. Rockport Vacay

What an awesome property. Everything was well stocked and labeled. Very clean property. Rockport is a good area and the Rockport Beach was good. The only thing we didn't like was if you want to go to Port Aransas your looking at 1hr trip for the 6 mile drive but again this isn't nobody's fault and we should have payed closer attention to that. We would stay at this property again.
