Modern, spacious home located in the beautiful Cornish village of Marhamchurch, 2 miles from the award winning seaside town of Bude and its many stunning beaches, restaurants, shops and golf course.

This is a wonderful family property which has a large modern open plan kitchen, dining and lounge making it a perfect place to enjoy your time together.

The property has four large bedrooms, 2 with en suite and a further master bathroom.

To the rear of the property is a large south facing garden with BBQ, patio and seating to relax after a long day on the beach.

The property has onsite parking.
