Staff wear gloves for cleaning.*This modern and minimalist flat is located in the heart of North-West London. Just above Bayswater Station, you'll be enjoying a private, airy flat on the verge of London's centre, with fantastic access to the entirety of the city via the District Line.

This one-bed has been fantastically renovated with a modern eggshell style. Bright, airy, functional - it's the perfect spot to for a young couple or solitary professional looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor, and includes sofas for you to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV for you to kick back in front of. The living room area feeds directly into the dining room/kitchen area, which are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a table which comfortably seats four people. The master bedroom has a large double bed, and maintains this almost scandi-minimalist vibe in its throws, blinds and selection of decor. Additionally, it is equipped with an ensuite for added convenience, which has a large shower, sink and toilet. The rest of the home maintains this inviting vibe, and you'll be feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out, enjoying some fresh breakfast in the kitchen, or winding down in the master bedroom. There is also a shared garden that you'll be able to enjoy a warmer evening or summery breakfast in, but please be mindful as other residents will be using it as well.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Ideally located in the heart of Bayswater, you'll be close to many London hotspots, including Paddington and its canals, Queensway, and Hyde Park, which is just a short ten minute walk to the South. There are a myriad of bars, restaurants and eateries in your vicinity, and in particular you'll be able to enjoy a lot of Middle Eastern food in this location, but if you want a laid-back, village vibe, you're a mere 15 minute walk away from Notting Hill, which has a number of brunch spots, cafes, and even markets on the weekends.

Your closest tube stop will be Bayswater Station, which gives you access to the District line. This, in combination with the central line at Queensway, will give you unparalleled public transport access to nearly every central destination and spots further afield. You can comfortable walk to Mayfair in less than thirty minutes, but if walking isn't your speed, you can easily get an Uber to any destination of your choice.


The home can be a little tricky to find but the check-in guide has a detailed explanation of how to find it. There’s also a phone number to call at any time if you need help locating it. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.


Other things to know:
The house is built on 4 floors, you are renting the lower ground floor. There is an internal communal door, which is securely locked and access from one unit to the other is not possible (from either side).

The flat is spacious, well-equipped, attractive and well-located. Suggestions: It would have been good to have a coffee maker and coffee, paper-towels and hand soap. None of these was provided. We would be happy to come back.
